This is the Stalfos Room:

I haven't bothered to fix it fully yet, I'm just making a note that it is possible to fix (for people who know about it).

Hyperhacker has written up a lot of information on the Debug Rom http://hypernova.amarok-shadow.com/MyStuff/oot_debug/

It is not a Beta ROM and it is not 'patchable', it's a decompressed verison of Master Quest and requires 8 MB of RAM rather then Ocarina of Time's 4 MB of RAM.

It will be very obvious if you find the debug ROM since if you load the first file, you will be brought to a level select menu.

The same method applies to the regular 4 MB verison of Ocarina of Time, but you will need to factor in compression to figure out it's actual start and end locations. I don't think the data needs to be compressed for the normal ROM either, though I'm not entirely postive.

It's just a lot easier to use the debug build of Master Quest for hacking maps.

OOT's level format is really easy to understand, hence why I didn't put any tutorial.
I just have no idea how I would go about loading the vertexes and stuff in C++, just psuedo code

Yes, because it is totally impossible to find the data for an NES game and edit it.
I mean they're just so fucking big and impossible to hack!

wow according to slashdot an irish company claims to have made a perpetual motion machine that has something to do with 'circular motion'.
http://slashdot.org/articles/06/08/21/173253.shtml

this would be a very interesting except for the fact i had a vist from dublin, ireland and according to the whois the company claiming this is infact in dublin.

slashdot is refusing to listen or make any correction to their article, and the wired has yet to respond despite the fact that the digg article thankfully predates anything from this irish company so far.

also i already have, i had the idea while i was cleaning my CPU fan and decided to rip it apart rather then put it back, and put magnets on some of the fans and exposed it to a larger magnet of the same polarity.

it isn't a very hard idea to understand, unless of course you're planning of thinking putting the larger magnet in a postion where it would be literally inbetween fanblades, and push them apart. then you're just a big dummy.
