Good point, and also, maybe people sleep in hats that look as such.

I wasn't going to do this, but lets see how far I can go before I get banned bored of this:

Ran-chan: Pick a name and stick with it. Honestly, I liked Trasper, or heck, even Trasp. I get the impression that you're into this whole "Ranma thing" because of Hiryuu....heck, I was too at one point. But I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time. Anyway, I was really touched by what you said in your X-Mas card that you sent me and that was very sweet of you. You're a kid at heart and never forget, nor change that, no matter what people think. Because you can't have great feedback all the time, as I have shown in the start of this mini-paragragh. Wait, I think I went pass 5 sentences, so I think I'm past that "mini" mark.

Rankatt/Hiryuu/TJ: Same as above, especially with the whole name factor: Hiryuu is better and somehow suites you better. You take a lot of shit and you can dish it too, take it as a bad or a good thing, is up to you. You've shaped the way that I look at life in ways that you might never know, or maybe you do. Get through those studies and on with life, you'll be fine.

Danielle: We should talk more, but of course, I'm usually "away" on AIM, so it's hard to say when I am there. I feel that I should get to know you better and that we could get along well. You're a bright spirit with lots of potential.

Colin: What the hell happened, man? We need to talk more and forget this whole "dry season". And you need to step up and talk to that girl. But, if you feel that its better that you don't, then I'll just leave it at that, but you have to at least try. Then again, who knows, you might just run into someon, (knowing you, this will be the case because you won't be looking where you walking in the subway) who will take you for a spin. Heh, anyway, you're like a little brother to me, one that feels like an older one at times. I miss our conversations, mainly about nothing (most of my convos are like that, go figure) you're a nice person to chat with and you too, stick with your studies...because even you, can be "Golden Boy"!

Xkeeper/Alex: I don't understand you, nor will I ever, but you sir, are insane and that is just how sane some people should be. You're doing good for thoe board, and even though I was a bit pissed at your for leaving me in the dark about the whole "board go boom", but I'm over that and its understanable; mainly because I'm always in the dark...either by my own will or otherwise and I'm happy, you're doing well for the board.

[GGS] Cruel Justice: Wow.....I make sense?! I don't know what to say, its not everyday I hear that, you know. We should talk more, I get the feeling that I feel the same way about you.

Yoshi Dude: See Danielle. Also, you remind me of myself when I was younger. Well, I don't mean how you act now, I mean when you first came to the board and from what I've read in your blog/journal. You, my lady, f'ing rock.

NSNick: You would be a great person to hang out with. Booze and a night of SW, followed by whatever. Oh yea, bring me my rum!

Tarale: See Nick. Also, you've taken in a lot of blows, all of which a sweet person like you does not need nor deserve. There's great things plans for you, even in all the mess that's been thrown your way. Amazing artist and you really should look into managa/comics.

Kirbynite: The wootest. What more can I say? Talented, smart, sweet, the whole package, right here. And I swear, this time when I'm up in Orlando, you're giving me some rum.

Rydain: I look up to you, I really do. You're incredibly healthy/great shape and you keep at it, you don't quit. Amazing.

Yea, so I think I'm done here.

Oooh, I like Saint Colin, good idea, Trasp.

I had the Xmas theme up in July, and I had it up for a while, not sure if I'll use it again this year.

Haven't seen it yet, but I will tonight and honestly, I really don't want to see it. The only reason why I'm going to, is because a bunch of people from work are all going and I need to get out. Anyway, I've never seen the orginal version, and if I did, I was way too young to remember. I'm not really "Wowed" by the special effects in this movie and I'm not a huge fan of any of the actors.

But who knows, I might come back late tonight and say that I liked this movie, you never know. I just wanted to get that out first.

As anyone seen it yet? Or will you see it?

Hey there Fye. Yea, too lazy to type it all out. Sue me, I just woke up.

Oh, I saw the star in your thread, I think that means good luck.

I wear men's underwear. That sounds like a thread, I'll share that there.

Anyway, finally found the shoes/sandals the other day. Only thing is, my damn pinky toe has a mind of its own, and it never wants to stay near the other toes, so I have to try to walk with all of my toes close together. Got any tape?

I'll take a pic of the shoes later on.

Q: Why must people deny something that you find out from others? Along with giving cheap shots and low blows all at once?
A: Because either the person in question really didn't want you to find out in the first place, or maybe it was something bad and they didn't want you to know that they were tied in it somehow or way/ And the whole cheap shot deal, that's so 2nd grade. No offensive, but someone should grow up and stop trying to hurt someone's feelings.

You know, I never knew that kids can be taller than their parents. I was starting to think that I was adopted or something.

Mom: 5'5 or 5'6
Dad: 5'8
Me: 5'9...though I feel that I'm taller than that sometimes..

The only way, that I noticed, that I can fall asleep, is if I fall asleep before he does. Or if I play a game really late into the night/morning and I'm too freaking tired at that point to care....but even then......

I've been sick since late last week. Finally caved in and got three boxes of tissues. One extra, one to use and the other for work. Fun.

I had a sore throat, but after I took an advil fr my headache, the pain in my throat went away. Didn't know that could work.

Posted on 12-16-05 12:21 PM, in What do you think about this "war on Xmas"? Link
This might have to be moved to debate, but we'll see.

Now, if this has been mentioned before, I am sorry. I didn't see a thread like this in debate nor here, so .

Okay, first off, let me say that this is total bullshit. So what that someone comes up to you to say “merry Christmas”, it’s just a damn phrase; there’s no need to start crying about it and to start a little protest. There’s more shit happening in this world and you have to worry about this? Come on, give me a break.

Now, all my life, well, at least when I started to work, I would always say “happy holidays” because I didn’t want to offend anyone and I thought it would be nicer to say that anyway. I was fine when people said “merry Christmas” and “happy Hanukkah” because it did not bother me and I knew that their heart was in the right place. Most of the time, people say this in passing. It’s not like they follow you everywhere and say it behind your back.

Sure, we have those Xmas shows, cartoons, signs, and all that, and yes, they do get annoying after awhile, but is it that has to look the other way? I haven’t watched a Xmas special since I was about 15, maybe younger.

And “holiday tree” what the heck is that? For how long has it been called a Christmas tree and no one got pissed. But all of a sudden, we’re in the 21st century and we have to be all PC? Screw that, this is America, screw that, as a world, as a whole we have the right to say Merry Christmas if we want to.

If I can find this, I was watching Fox News yesterday and they had a very famous Jewish comedian on and he, I swear, makes the most sense out of all of this. Damn, I can’t find it. Oh well.

At any rate, its never good to force any type or view or belief on someone, but trying to take out saying “Merry Christmas” is going a bit too far, I think. I mean, you have some cities with little or no Jewish community, yet there are signs that say “Happy Hanukkah” and things to express their faith as well as others.

I could care less if someone says “happy holidays” or “merry Christmas” or “screw you” this season or any season. The message is their anyway and how someone says it, shouldn’t matter.

Heck, we should just change it to “Happy Santa Bunny day!”

Below are some links in case anyone is interested: (and after reading some, I’m learning a few new things that I didn’t know. The more you know, I guess.)

Okay and this: “In Phoenix, the sheriff has ordered Christmas music to play throughout the county jail all day long — hymns and carols — and for agnostics he says he'll mix in the singing Chipmunks.” I think is too far. That’s forcing. At least on the radio, you can change the channel or throw in a tape/CD (unless it’s my car and I’m screwed). If you want, mix it up, play a few Xmas songs and then some other types/forms of music (regular and seasonal).

Oh, and PS, I don’t feel that I am Christian, and actually, I’m in the middle of finding a “religion” but this isn’t about me.

But all in all, I feel that this holiday season has turned into a time to spend money and the real meaning of it all has been lost; being with friends and family and getting toasted off of egg nog.
