First off, never ever save pixelated works as jpg files.
They don't look as good resized either. Just because you have plenty of space doesn't mean you need to use all of it.
Placing kirby sprites on a black background is remarkably unimpressive. You really should do something that requires some effort in order to make these avatars worth looking at.

Bleh, I don't like it. What is the point of using a scroll bar for your text box? Scroll layouts annoying enough as is when they actually serve a purpose (to preserve the look of a complex design or something), but you could easily make this a stretch layout and save a lot of us frustration.

Another method that many users take is to ask another member for their layout code and just edit its images/colors. It's convenient for those who don't really understand html and couldn't make a decent layout from scratch.

If you're interested in getting another iPod, you can bring it into an Apple store and they'll give you a discount. That's what I did when mine died and the warranty had expired.
