Sounds like a problem with cookies, make sure the problem isnt just on your end (meaning your browser).

I think unless the drug is addictive, people should have the right to destroy there own bodies if they so wish. I am so sick of the government trying to tell me how to think, feel, and live my life. If I want to get high and drunk in the privacy of my own home without hurting anyone, that should be fine. Now I dont think people should be driving while under the influence of anything though. Sucks for you friend, I bet they are going to have random drug testing and other junk.

Well, since it was a chick, and hypothetically lets say you where trying to get into her pants, I would definitly tell her that her drawings are the best youve ever seen.

What's next, is Google going to try to establish it's own country and government, or are they going to go the convential route and try for world domination. It will be interesting to see what twists and turns Google continues to take.

Just another attempt at the US Government to control the rest of the world and it's own people. I wonder if they are ever going to give up trying to stop pirates, they are never going to win unless they implant us all with microchips and take control of are brains, or they find a way to monitor incredible amounts of people at one time.

Posted on 06-30-06 04:32 PM, in Mozilla lololol, friendly browser, or deadly menace? Link
The other day I was fed up with Mozilla lololol, it was being incredibly slow and it freezes at random times for no apparent reason. After I uninstalled it I notice that it didn’t restore many of my file associations, I also noticed that it left a major amount of junk inside my registry. After about an hour or so of cleaning out my registry and repairing file extensions, my computer was finally back to normal. But that would not be the last I saw of lololol. The next day as I was working with Visual Web Developer, it kept trying to load lololol, which was now uninstalled. So I searched around forever and finally found where to change that. So I ask you, is lololol really a better browser? It is more secure, I don’t doubt that, but it runs very unstable on my machine. It constantly locked up, crashed and had funky memory errors, and on several occasions caused my computer to suddenly reboot itself.

Now Internet Explorer on the other hand is insecure, but it seems to run just fine on my computer, I rarely encounter any errors on Internet Explorer, but I do hate how its CSS support is riddled with unexplained glitches and bugs. Anyway, I’m just warning you, do not try to uninstall lololol unless you are prepared to repair your system.

VB6 might be old, but it is most certainly not crappy. And to say VB.NET is better then VB6 is a lie. VB.NET code is actually slower, contains less graphical support, contains poorly supported interop code for COM, and requires a 22 MB runtime. Although VB.NET might contain more features, I bet VB6 can do anything that VB.NET can do. Only thing VB6 is lacking is some of the OOP features found in .NET.

"Not Safe For Work" or NSFW means that you dont want to view it at work because it either contains nudity, dirty language, or some other form of obscenity.

I was having the same problem, even after making sure I had the latest version of flash the peice of crap didnt want to load. I guess the guys at Macromedia made a goof in the version detection, or else the idiots who made the script did.

How does this have to do with "The rest of the world" and not America? TPB is ripping off American companies. How is that not America's problem? Why shouldn't they take action to protect their own companies, just like any other country would do in their position?

The Pirate Bay is not ripping of American Companies, people themselves that go to those sites and download torrents are ripping off American Companies. Torrents dont contain the actual content. The Pirate Bay might be considered an enabler though, but it is not the one ripping them off.

I think weed makes life better, it releives stress, makes you more social, makes you happy, and then you get the munchies and have yourself a nice little weed nap, wake up and feel refreshed and ready to go.

Alright, I know this is just a lie because I used to make up lies about what fireworks combos I made, the truth is most the crap I made was weak and didnt make a big of explosion as Id hoped. So eventually I just started shoving huge amounts of fireworks togther, dousing them with gasoline, and throwing a lit match into the pile to see what would happen.

Well after being yelled at for having a small scrollbox, and for posting in the wrong section, I think I have finally ironed all the bugs out of my post layout. Anybody have any suggestions or comments? I removed the scrolling....no more scrolling, I made it a little animated and added a second bg behind the animated gif.

What programming language is it written in? I see assembly code in the background but it could possibly be something else.

Yes, if someone didn't mention it already, if you have dial-up adding in an Ethernet card is not going to increase the speed. Now if you have a cable modem to compliment that ethernet card then you would almost instantly see a speed increase. It also helps to never ever install America Online, as they are the center of all evil in the universe.

Not usually, about the slowest cards and integrated chips around are 10Mbps, whereas cable internet is usually only from 128 Kbps to 8 Mbps (depending on your ISP of course). Even the fastest cable connections wouldn't have a significant increase in speed. Not to mention that those high Internet speeds are sometimes wasted because the servers you're getting information from have an upload rate to you much smaller than your alloted bandwidth.

Well I kind of meant if he was upgrading from an existing dial-up connection. I should be more specific next time.
