That 88 should be 0 (or is it 1? Jonwil really should've put this in the readme..), and Reloc may as well be empty.
The offsets tell blocktool where in the block's script to find the appropriate code for all the different types of interactions (-1 makes it use the default Map16 settings).
Since there's no offset 88 in the code I provided, when you hit the block the game zoomed right past the block code into something else. Probably a huge chunk of whitespace.

And also nine.
Nine is awesome.

No, entirely my bad. I screwed up the branch statements.

Change AD9014C900D00BAD7A18C901D00422B7F50060 to AD9014C900D00BAD7A18C901F00422B7F50060.
That should fix it.

1. Open the ROM in Lunar Magic
2. File -> Graphics -> Extract Graphics from ROM
3. Go to the folder that the ROM is in. There should now be a subfolder named 'Graphics'
4. Make a new folder named 'ExGraphics'
5. Copy GFX27.bin from 'Graphics' to 'ExGraphics'
6. Rename GFX27.bin to ExGFX80.bin
7. File -> Graphix -> Insert ExGraphix to ROM

Congratulations. You have just created an ExGFX file.
And it probably took less time than it did to read those instructions.

That said, last I checked message box messages were based on overworld level number. Unless you're planning on using all however the heck many overworld-usable levels in this trivia challenge, it shouldn't be too difficult to come up with a custom block to display a message and then switch level numbers.

Mortal Kombat and Super Mario Bros. are the only videogame movies I have seen.

And I choose Mario.

Final Fantasy the Spirits Within is one of my favorite movies, but I don't consider it to be a 'video game' movie, per se. Just a movie with a video game title attached to it.

Seriously, the name 'Final Fantasy' lost its original meaning a long time ago. Nowadays when I look at the FF logo, my brain just sees "Square is too lazy to think up a real name".

hm. Apparently the 'riding yoshi' flag also stores Yoshi's direction.
Okay, try AD9014C900D00BAD7A18C901900422B7F50060

If that doesn't work, I'm almost certain this will:

no<_<, D0 is BNE wich branch if the zero flag is clear, also those C9 00 are useless:P

Yes, D0 is BNE. What does that have to do with the BCC in the code used?

That's the exact opposite of what he said. The fact that you typed "i'm" instead of "I'm" is what he was commenting on.

Not all type combinations give you double weaknesses. Heck, Ghost/Dark leaves you with no weaknesses whatsoever.
Try the Type Mixer I made. You'll see a lot of variety in the possible strength/weakness combinations -- some good, some bad.

And, specializing in one element... well, it sometimes sorta works in the in-game plotline.
But if you wanted to play against someone who actually knew what they were doing, you wouldn't stand a chance.
Having only one type of attack on one Pokemon is like advertizing "I can only do damage to X type of Pokemon, so attack me with Y type and I'm boned."
Always train your sweepers to try and cover as many types as possible, especially the types that they're weak against.

Additionally, there's the STAB factor.
Same Type Attack Bonus means that if X type Pokemon uses X type attack, they do extra damage compared to Y type using the same attack. (IE, a Psychic Pokemon using a psychic attack will do 50% more damage than a non-Psychic Pokemon).
This gives dual-type Pokemon an advantage, because they get that bonus for two attack types instead of one.

Just be glad there aren't any Electric/Ice Pokemon. The last thing we need is a STAB'd Boltbeamer.

Oh, and the pictures are good, too.

The Thumbnail Theater versions (24, 25, 26) should tell you pretty much everything you need to know. And they (especially 26) make a lot more sense than the actual show did.

And once you're done with that, watch also the following:
Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou 25 (We caught up to the manga and ran out of plot, so boring dream sequence GO!)
Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou 26 (Let's have a narrator ramble on about nothing in particular over shots of nothing in particular, then recap to fill up space)

And, the crown jewel of the Gainax suckfest, Mahoromatic ~Something More Beautiful~ episode 14 (Instead of having a touching story about Suguru moving on with his life after losing someone he cared about, let's go to the future and turn him into an ANGSTY HALF-CYBORG SAMURAI BOUNTY HUNTER! THAT'LL BE SO COOL!!! Even if it has nothing to do with the rest of the series and plays out like an extremely bad fanfic, but hey, who cares about that, right?)

Bio: I was referring to the final code he ended up using, which was CMP 0 BCC, not my original.
And I haven't had a chance to play around with how different opcodes affect the processor flags yet. I know how CMP works, so that's what I use.

Sparx: It would help if you posted the code you already have, so we can see what's wrong with it.

I wrote my notes in anglo-saxon runes. Very few of them had anything to do with class.

Anglo-Saxon Runes

It appears to be the lyrics to Du Hast, by Rammstein. (obligatory wtf engrish version)

I like how I actually put ü in the last line instead of just using the runic U.

I've never had the patience or the drive to actually bother learning a real programming language before, but..

This is definately very interesting. And I'm only about halfway through the manual.
I'm definately going to spend some time playing around with this.

Seconded

But the all-time dumbest thing I've ever done was the time I tried to clean out the vegetable slicer at work with my hand without checking to see if the blade had actually stopped spinning yet.

Just because you've turned the slicer off, doesn't mean the blade has stopped spinning.
