| I chose "Litte to no change" because although people have for years claimed to want things changed (all over the US, depending on who you listen to in the media), voters never change, the people who say they "care" rarely vote, and the people with money have a clear Republican affinity when they vote a majority of the time. Maybe if the Democratic party had a spine of some sort, they'd be more successful, but I really wouldn't bet on them doing much of anything this election. | |||

It's a great flash. Very funny, in my opinion. Although some of us don't understand the concept of satire (See: Uly's first post of two in this thread. second of which doesn't show up due to my mental idiospam filter). It is supposed to sound annoying, in a way, in portraying little girls who think they find love over the intarnets. You just didn't really even take time to realize the point of it, or read the little introduction.  |

| If I had to guess, from the beginning, the only posts in the approval forum were meant to be such:
1. The person trying to be approved, their appeal and their bumps as necessary; 2. Any member of administration and their opinion on said applicant, including perhaps a denied message or approved message; or 3. A person outside of administration with prior knowledge of the applicant trying to appeal on their behalf. Anything else is extraneous and can be stopped. Regular members coming in to a topic and saying "Sounds good to me" doesn't help out, because any mod could easily see the same as a regular user could, except regular users don't have the power to approve nor do they have to keep forums clean. This is all in my opinion, but it is how I see the forum working out the best, and keeping BMF irritant-free when approving new applicants. |
