I'd say he probably won't be suspended further, from what I've seen they expected Fisher to suspend him for ~4 games anyway, and I think the NFL might have even exacted punishment that Fisher himself suggested to them. However, I personally would put him out for the season; they're already not going to the playoffs, so they're not losing anything, and setting an example needs to be done here. That play disgusted me on many levels.

Joe Girardi is going to be gone, which is just asinine. The guy led a bunch of kids with no experience (and with the D-Train having an average year) into the wild card race this year. I haven't heard any experts say this guy can't manage, and he's going to have a job soon after they can him. Maybe those failure Cubs will be able to get him.

Aren't you really helping him fulfill his purpose by caring if he takes the username or not? If you didn't care, he'd not have any reason to do it in the first place. I would suggest adding a 1 to the end or something and move on.

Then it just makes it look like the other guy is the original.

I have the same problem with my name.. I made it around 2002, and I've seen countless other Shadics out there. Oh well.
The key words are "Oh well"... it does not matter at all who's "original" considering this guy is not the first person to create his "highly original" alias in the first place. So, unless Mr. Nebetsu accomplished something great over the internet while going by that alias and fears another getting credit for what he's done, I don't see any point in this whining. This is like having a fit over who started a fad or who started listening to a certain kind of music first before it became trendy. In such cases, chances are, no matter what you think, you aren't the original at all.

I've watched almost all of the postseason games thus far and I must say that I'm impressed most with the A's. They beat Santana in the dome and came back to win Game 2, and tomorrow they go for the sweep (which I don't expect to happen). Cardinals also look good considering how bad they were at the end of the regular season (they're about to beat the Padres as it looks now, 1 strike away from closing Game 2 out).

LSU vs. Florida on Saturday; what a huge game, it could end up deciding a national championship contender (and almost certainly directly affect the race for the SEC title). I'm thinking that the Tigers have it, Jamarcus Russell and that defense should be enough, and Urban Meyer playing games at QB (putting Tebow in the game in favor of a great senior in Chris Leak) is bound to catch up with him soon enough.

I've had this exact type of thing done, and with the anesthesia that the oral surgeons have and whatnot... the actual braces will cause a lot more pain. I.e. The teeth being moved by force causes a bit of pressure-type pain for a long time, and the wires will sometimes cut the insides of your mouth up a bit--that was the part I hated most. However, the actual putting on of the braces doesn't cause pain that I remember--only bad part is the cement that they use tastes like crap (and you will probably taste it a few times, unfortunately).

Despite scandal surrounding him concerning his mishandling of fellow Rep. Mark Foley, he's not giving up his powerful post yet. Politicians make themselves and all of government look bad with this sort of thing. So, what does everyone think? Is Hastert at fault for his handling of the situation, and should he resign from office?

I'm just more worried about how Hastert is screwing things up in the House, because this looks a bit like explicit corruption (rumors have said to surface where Hastert knew about this Republican Foley's sick activities since 2003).

So what's your point? I didn't ask you to judge me either, and yet you branded me a failure because of my opinion, which, many people I know share.
