First, this is not a ROM hacking question. Second, if .jar files open in WinRAR it is because someone associated that file extension with WinRAR some time in the past. It should not need a program associated with it to be used.

My number is 16. I have used it for everything since I was small. Alias has it too (randomly generated by hotmail after I saw that Dr_Death was taken). Later I realized that my birthday has odd connections with 16, too. April 4th, 1988, 4x4=16, 8+8=16. Its just a nice, round number.

After discussion in one of those important sticky type things up top there, it was decided that post layout threads would be merged into that sticky unless it was a particularly great piece of art..

Anyhow, pink and blue don't look so great together, and transparency is achievable only through custom-made .gifs created in photoshop or [insert image edit software here] or in lololol [not IE as I know personally from experience] using the CSS property 'opacity.'

It really depends on what your layout code is as to how to do certain things. I suggest an external CSS, but that's just me. I also suggest checking out other people's layout codes (acheivable via the "View Source" option in IE and lololol) and toying with layout codes on a personal website, such as Freewebs.

By the way, look for this: <td class='tbl font tdbg1' valign=top height=220> as a signal to the start of layout code and a </table> tag usually ends the code with a <br>. Practice is the best thing to help you get exactly what you want, trial and error is fine. Only thing is, don't test layouts in the profile edit unless you are sure they work... otherwise it gets ugly.

First thing you should've tried was to contact Baro. However, I think the problem is probably that you have a bad and/or unclean ROM dump. Solution is find a new copy and try to patch it again. If all else fails, perhaps Baro can help since he would know the most about his hack.

This may not seem correct to most people, but I fail to see the point in debating whether or not terrorism is a threat. Why? Well, because frankly, none of us have all of the relevant information we need to make an informed decision as to the subject. Foreign matters are just that, foreign, so we as americans or europeans or etc. can't really know for sure what exactly is going on in the Middle East. The government pretty much does what it wants for all we know; only thing we as the people can do is vote for who we think will do what we want. In politics, nothing is a given, and you can't always believe everything you perceive. For instance, in a simple example, the government says that around 2500 soldiers have died in combat. How can we be so sure? How can we even know that all of these "huge terrorist leaders" such as Al-Zarqawi are really dead or captured, and that we're not just being led on by lies? We can't really be sure of something that we don't personally witness.

There's a distinct difference between saying there is no point to something and saying "Absolutely don't discuss it, ever!"

Besides, government is a lot more mysterious than other aspects of our lives. What happens on foreign ground and in those government buildings is really a mystery at this juncture, and I wanted to point that out.

This is asinine, we have to at least know the emulator you're running, maybe even how fast the framerate is set, if you have a throttle on, if you have turned off the sound, etc. Please come back when you have this information and most likely it is a simple and easily fixed problem.
