| Some people are just like that.
An example I can parallel yours with is Green Day. Their old punk friends (who aren't big, and probably never will be) used to support them for their efforts in trying to make it in music. But funny... ever since American Idiot came out, the old friends hate them. Call the sellouts. Call them posers. But why? Green Day is the same band, singing about the same stuff they always have (maybe a little more political, but has there ever been a better time than now?). It annoys me how people view bands differently if they become popular. Like, once you make it big you don't deserve the same that you did when you were fighting for that popularity. Rather stupid. Fall Out Boy is okay, but I hadn't heard much of them until they were popular. But your girlfriend no longer liking them because everyone knows their name.. that's kinda... flaky. No love for the music.  |

Yeah, it depends on the person how badly smoking affects you. My grandpa died at age 50 due to lung cancer, and my mom (HOW she brought herself to smoke when her dad died from it, I have no idea) has smoked for over 30 years and it hardly shows. Her voice isn't different, she doesn't cough excessively, she doesn't have cancer, the only obvious sign is yellow teeth and fingers. But she made a new years resolution to quit, and thus far she hasn't had a single smoke...  |

If you shuffle your sleep schedule, you won't get less of it. It will just be different times. That means less social life, but it's part of getting a job. Something's gotta give, and that's the most obvious. Sleep when you get home from work, sleep when you get home from school, do homework and studying when you feel most awake in the day, whenever that may be.

I say do it. You can handle it. Just imagine it like a normal day, a few hours of school and 5 hours of work. Still plenty of time for sleep/anything else.
