| The England/Portugal game was depressing. England outplayed them, without a doubt... their one man Ronaldo team got very old. His fake falling and framing made me want to stab him. I mean, COME ON. The only way he looks good is when he makes the other team look bad?
I can't believe Rooney got a red card for that... it looked completely accidental from the angle they kept showing. And Beckham... leaving the game 50 minutes in? What kind of captain does that? Argh. I guess I'll be rooting Germany ftw, even though they aren't my team.  |

How did Beckham get hurt? Nothing happened to him in the game... By the looks of it, it just seemed like fatigue, which I thought was pathetic... as the captain he of all people should just deal with it. But eh, if there's something I don't know, I could be a little more forgiving. |

It's a beautiful day, not too hot, not a cloud in the sky, and I'm soooo ready to go light off fireworks all night. |

Yeah, that definitely works. Just look at the other ranksets to get a good idea of the sizes... we don't want monster sized ranks, they don't look as nice. If you shrink all those huge ones it will look much much nicer, and have the Danielle stamp of approval. |

 a bit. I meet a lot of people all the time, at work and at school and even at events I go to. There are very very few that make me react that way... and I certainly wouldn't feel threatened without a reason. People can judge, but... who would overreact like that?

My hair was always very long, because it used to be straight and pretty like that. But over the years, my hair became wavy, then even more wavy, and now it's almost curly. So... I can't maintain it anymore without spending hours on it every morning. So I recently chopped it off, now it's just past my shoulders, and I'm really loving it. It's easy to deal with, only takes a few minutes to blowdry and straighten, and is much cooler on my neck and back in the summer heat. Whee.

My favorite hair style on women is the very short, straight look. But since my hair is so damn rebellious when I try and do something with it, I'm not about to have that look for myself. As for guys, short hair for the win. Not buzz, but... not like hippie hair.

I have a fun 4th, too. Lots and lots and lots of fireworks that I got to light off. |
Only bad part of the night was almost getting smacked in the face with a wild one from our neighbor's yard... came whizzing by me, inches from my face, exploding sparks as it went.
