| First off, your layout is totally unreadable. Please remove it, you seem nice and I don't want to nuke it. I'll edit it out of your post above, but I trust you'll take it out via edit profile.
Second, we have a newbie thread right above this one. Third, you need to have some basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS. If you already do, then you can view source to get a good idea of code for a good layout (ie Tarale's or Thexare, perfect layouts). If you don't know HTML or CSS, I'd suggest searching for some good beginners tutorials. You don't have to have a layout though, so don't feel the need to shove an image in. 9/10 images look like crap tiled and behind text. Besides that... Welcome to Acmlm's.  Good luck with the layout. If you have any questions, you can PM me or any staffer about it.
