It's not so much that... I can just put it up in a ponytail if it does look like crap... my bigger concern is how to get it cut. I've... never gotten my hair cut in any special way before... I'm a simple girl when it comes to how I look... but I can't stand this heat and the thickness of my hair anymore. 
I just have no clue what to do with it, and I don't want to give that much trust to some barber I've never met.  |

| You're braver than I am. If I see a spider, the situation usually goes as follows: I scream, jump onto my bed/somewhere away from said spider, and get whoever is in the house to get it. If nobody is home, I either lock myself out of wherever the spider is, or, if possible, trap it in a cup and leave it there until someone does get home.

That's got to be a difficult situation to deal with... we're never really presented with that sort of reality in our lives (at least most of us, thankfully)... losing everything so quickly and effortlessly. I don't really know what I would think either. How do you wrap your head around something that big? But at least you're okay, it could have been much worse... I'm sure you can fathom situations without me giving some examples. Just keep in mind that life will be back to normal again with time, you just need to be patient. Do you get any kind of... what's the word... compensation? Or do you just have to start from scratch again? =\ |

| It sounds like you don't have much self confidence... and I can tell you that lacking in that department makes dating/finding a nice boy/girlfriend much harder than it should be. You don't need to go for every gal you see, you don't have to feel rejected if every girl doesn't jump into your arms... you just have to wait until you find the right person and then try your best to make it happen.
There are sooooo many people in the world, having a handful of them not want to be in a relationship with you isn't the end of the world. Stay positive, at least try.  |
