I don't think anyone pronounces it Kay-Ay-Tee-Double-You. It's too long. And I don't know about everyone else, but I usually have some shortened version of names in my head. Like... I might read "ay-ess-dee-eff" but in my head it's more like "acedeaf" and KATW is "Kahtwah"
