| Slur took a step sideways to her right just as the old tournament sign smashed into the wall. "Kill? Why not kill Forte for me..."
Forte got up and was ready to beat her down, but ForteZero put a hand on his brother's shoulder and forced him back down to his seat. The Black Shadow growled a little, Slur smirked to herself. "I wonder how many more people will join. Hopefully enough for this tournament to begin soon..." She thought out loud. "Zero..." "Yeah Layer?" Zero asked as a small window display appeared, displaying the face of a purple haired female Navi wearing sleek purple crimson armor. "I need you to head ot Namaste to rescue David. We lost communications with him." "Damn it. Alright fine. How long will it take?" "Until the Maverick threat over there is gone." Zero swore to himself before he sighed and got up, obeying the order. "Well... guess that means you guys'll have to find someone else to fill my spot." ZERO LOGGING OUT "Well... if Zero's gonna be gone now, maybe Sky can team with us?" Forte said before revealing his hand; Three of a kind. ForteZero placed his hand, Full House, and snatched up the 500 Zenny bet before walking over to the table, and erasing Zero's name from the slot next to his and his older brother's name. He then walked back to Forte, and dealt out new hands. Slur, when no one looked, erased her name and vanished. Now Team Forte(?) needs two to join them. In a matter of minutes, they too left. Hopefully there will be some sort of announcement of when the tournament officialy begins... | "Big Guard!" His powerful shield ability kicked up again. Now... a few posts back there was something about certian side-effects in using the Big Guard. It can block any type of attack and the charge strength, but recoil damage calculated from how much damage it'll normally deal, half of that is inflicted, the rest of the left-over damage negated. The down-side, Ultimate attacks, David blocks out half, but not only will the opponent suffer whatever side-effects his/her ult. attack does, but David will do.
With the speeds and strength that fake orb and the real one collided, 2/3rds damage was inflicted due to the speeds. Being up-close though, seeing as how she didn't dash/fly off yet, "Juuhazan!" He quickly brought his saber crushing down over her. Since she looks human enough, it'll be like getting hit by a baseball bat, though the saber's made of energy. David's not the kind of guy to spill blood... unless your his arch-enemy Shadow. |

| OOC: Oh yeah, Juuhazan is also a "Barrier-Breaker" attack.
David swiftly and expertly speeds off the ground into the air, just narrowly avoiding her blows to the bakc of his head. "Phew... that was close. Atleast she can't catch me up here." "David, she can fly idiot," Pallete reminded the male Maverick Hunter. He sweatdropped. "Right... I forgot about that..." (Elsewhere... Sim Battle City, locating: near building where signing up for the Tag-Team Tournament is being held.) "So? Why are we here for again?" Spider asked the female ninjutsu. "Well... most of the shops down in Internet City don't have much goodies on sale, so I'd thought I'd try the shops around downtown here," she exclaimed. Spider groaned. Somehow, he knew he's gonna be carrying around all the crap she buys on her shopping spree. "Why do I have the feeling she's gonna drag me along whenever I like it or not..." Spider though out loud. Marino grabbed him by the wrist and dashed off towards the downtown area, passing by Teddylot. "C'mon Spider, we don't have all day!" Spider let out a cry for help.... though it was left unheard by his Net-op Zekk. (Over to the battlefield...) "Knowing she can fly, she'll try and beat me down before thinking to kill me or not." David then flew down at the ground, and punched the ground hard, calling up another Giga Attack, "Rekkoha!" Rekkoha -[||||||||||||||||||||||||||]- Nothing seemed to happen... atleast until a few twinkles were seen high in the sky, before the ground was pelted from large rays of lasers, all crashing down from space in random spots, a few hitting in the same area twice. It was a multitude attack, as seeing it caused no damage to the already destroyed building, or its surroundings or David, but it'll deal medium damage for each of the fifty lasers that seem to fly down from space that could connected with his opponent. |

| After going through this thread and taking some time to look at all of the spirtes that are being re-drawn with a GB/GBA fashion like sense, I can say that they are pretty good.
As most people pointed out on different minor subject (which I won't recite), I can see that this seems promising... to say the least. |

| The three hunters and Slur had already signed up, and just left, waiting for when the tournament officialy begins. Slur's gone space-traveling again, so that just leaves Forte, ForteZero who had just walk in, and ten minutes later, Zero joined up with them.
"So... what'll we do to pass the time?" Zero asked the two Shadows. The two brothers muttered some words, but the blond haired Navi didn't understand so he just ditched the question, as they sat at a nearby table, close to Chaos, Ultimanium and Troy. "Damn, where is David... I think I'm starting to get a glitch in my programming again," ForteZero said. "What? The Navi Customizer?" Forte asked. "Yeah..." "Lemme see..." Forte planted a hand over his brother's head, over the crystal cross of the helmet as the two started to emit a slight aura of energy. After awhile, the aura fades, and Forte opens his eyes again, moving his hand away from his younger brother, "There. Shouldn't cause any trouble now... Apparently all you were suffering from was the Blank Buster ailment. I just put in an Extra Code I knew for it and got rid of it." "Thanks bro." "Whatever..." ForteZero looked at Forte. "You're thinking about Slur huh?" When he recieved no answer, he knew it was a yes. "Sheesh..." Zero turned away, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, it's her. I mean, how in the hell are we gonna work together with HER! That..." "Forte, don't go beserk now. I don't know what her intentions are, but as long as she has a reason, we'll just have to keep extra attention to her incase she's planning to like delete you or something," Zero said. "... That could either be that Jack guy who's an Immortal like ShadeMan, or it's Dynamo trying to be tough," Forte said. ForteZero scoffed, "Dynamo acting tough? That's a laugh. Did you hear that he got his ass beaten by Dracoon in just under a few minutes?" He chuckled. "No way! I never heard about that!" "Well it's true. He issured a challenge out to anyone nearby, Dracoon answered the call, and in a matter of minutes it was over." Forte laughed loudly. "I knew he was weak, but Dracoon kicking that mercenary's ass proves my theory!" Zero smirked before he got up and went to get himself some drinks. * * * Dynamo looked up from what he was doing -- deleting pesky Mettaur viruses from a lower net level -- and blinked twice. "Why do I have the feeling someone's backtalking me..." * * * "SchwaSP Battlechip in, download! ForteV3 Battlechip in, download! Holy Dream Gigachip in, download!" David slid in all three Battlechips into a pink PET SP, and the chip data stacked up, activating a Program Advance he's made as a tribute to the Black Shadow, and his friendly rival Schwa the Psiwarrior... as requested by Forte himself. "David? What kind of Program Advance is this?" Marino asked as a doppleganger of Forte flew down from literally nowhere, and a doopleganger of Schwa flew past, and jumped off his energy disc, landing next to Forte. "It's called the Unlikely Duo Program Advance," David said to his Link-Navi Marino. Schwa raised his right arm up and a sort of blaster weapon encased his lower arm. He charged up before launching several blasts of holy energy, pelting the enemy Navi. The two then teamed up, as the tips of their two fingers glowed in silver energy. They slashed through the air, launching the Alpha Psibeam attack before they vanished. The enemy Navi was hit hard, and was forced to log-out, resulting in David's win. "How come you couldn't log-out ForteZero and use him to win this Net-Battle instead of borrowing me from your wife?" she asked. "ForteZero could use some time-off from Net-Battles and the likes Marino. This is the first that P.A. worked successfully anyway... but I wonder what the real Schwa would of thought of it if he was still around. I'll have to let Forte know that his idea for the P.A. worked." "Yeah, I heard about that battle when he and Forte first met in battle..." | I won't bother with listing off since I'm too lazy to do so. KSS virus spoof. That's a bit funny. But Kirby is as strange as ever, what with him suddenly appearing otu from nowhere before his chalk-looking statue.
How is MM gonna get rid of his cat curse? I'd always thought the inside of MM's mind was mostly the floating Magikoopa spell sprites or something... |

| Very quick sketch I did during one of my classes at my college just two hours ago. It's not much and it's not like my regular arts, but since I didn't have access to any of my art supplies at home I just used colored pencils and pen ink.

| "Straight Flush!" Spider had his hand lined up, before the threw them forward. The cards cleaved through the army of viruses that Spider encountered.
"Viruses deleted, Zekk. Damn, that was the third virus outbreak this week." "Well atleast we helped David and the Maverick Hunters with the virus problems popping up here in Sim Battle City. You have the rest of teh day off, atleast until we can get a lead on Vile and his gang." "Yeah, sure..." The link disconnected, and Spider turned around from the battlefield and walked away. "With all this hype of the new Sim Battle Tag Team Tournament happening, I should of joined with Team Forte had they have more room. Oh well, the least I can do is run a betting pawn for Navi's who'll bet on the win-lose outcome and the likes." Spider smirked to himself. "I wonder what that Dracoon guy is up to... from what I've heard off the Bounty BBS, Dynamo got his ass whipped by that fellow in just a few minutes." He chuckled. "I resent that!" Dynamo shouted, popping out from nowhere. "Shut up." Dynamo narrowed his eyes before he walked off. "How should I have known Dracoon had powerful techs?" He shouted before he vanished over the horizon. "Cause your not bright enough," Spider muttered under his breath. * * * "There. Posted up. Now all I have to do is wait..." Spider walked away from the Sim Battle BBS and walked towards the nearest open stadium, "Hopefully I can get someone who's good to batle with." He flipped around a card, which revealed the Ace of Hearts, and flung it forward. The card sliced through the air before embedding itself into the trunk of a nearby tree. | Yeah, someone did. I forgotten the name of that hack but it was ripped by Atma-X... if I got his name spelled correctly. I think I also had that GFX files in my Super Mario Universe hack, but it could of been burried deep inside due to massive aounts of ExGFX files. | |||

| Don't forget, those screenshots in Icegoom's last post are fake. I mean it's possible to insert them into a SMW hack.... but I'm sure most of the colors go beyond the SMW color coding limit, or crap like that.
I also think it'll be hard to find a working download on Atma's hack. |

| The person Mewquas looked at was a tall Navi. He was wearing a dark suit and a matching hat over his purple hair. He wore a yellow belt, which extended into a pair of coat tail lookalikes at the back on which was the same icon as on the card that could be found embedded into the nearby tree trunk outside the stadium arena. A whole deck of cards was strapped to his leg in a small carrying case. He also had an extra card in his hat.
"So, your my opponent huh? Well you don't look like much, but, as what I learned from years of bounty hunting, never judge your opponent." "Spider? What's going on?" asked Zekk, as a window display opened up behind his Navi. "Nothing much, just issued anybody at the BBS to a Sim Battle, nothing too special. Besides, I need some lively fun to get me in the mood after taking on that virus outbreak a few minutes ago." "Yeah, sure Spider. Just need anything give me a holler." Zekk then returned his attention back towards his game, and unpaused the game he currently played, which was Sonic Riders for the X-Box. "Dr. Eggman riding at breakneck speeds is challenging, but fun," he said to someone else, which revealed it to be David. "Eggman sucks. Knuckles rules!" "Yeah right Dave!" Spider sweatdropped, before his face turned serious again. Spider waved his arm in front of him through the air, as five energy cards with the Spades symbol on each one appeared in front of him. | "If those certian people are psychic, then it's possible to hear another's thoughts or inner-most feelings." A female voice echoed into the minds of Bel and Sky. Sitting at the base of a nearby tree was the female diva of space, Slur.EXE. Her magneta eyes gazed over at the two before she cast her eyes at the bright blue sky.
She's not one to hang out with unknown people, but she needed a change of scenery... With the research I've done over the last week involving Schwa and Forte, I wonder what it is that connects them together. Is it because of the Living Assets, or is it something else... she thought. She's been thinking about that day when she learned of a battle that occured in Black Earth. A match between Schwa the Psi Warrior, and the Black Shadow. Normally, Schwa could of won since Holy has a slight advantage against Darkness, but Forte has got the upper hand and was superior over him, plus with that Get Ability of his, he now has some peoperties of the Living Assets within his programming, and the emulated attack Alpha Psibeam. Slur shook her head to clear those thoughts away, and just continued to stare out towards the blue sky. |
