Bad idea. You should use a Map16 Block that is at least at 0x300 for best results. You press F9 to save when you are done editing. BlockTool, however, is a whole different affair. You must use the steps provided below by SecretGlitch to get the correct Decimal number of a block and plug that into BlockTool. I remember someone working on a better block inserter that will fix this issue and more importantly, the slowdown issue, but progress seems quite slow at the moment.

Well, some people would disagree with that. If you said "Hitler was revenge for what happened to Jesus", for example, I'm not too sure people would take very kindly to it. Then again, the public is generally intolerant and paranoid in nature, so it is understandable why they would act this way.

Actually, you should change the fireball to be a Shruiken, and make it so that it goes straight. It just takes a couple of hex code changes (specifically, change 80C5 to 00). As for the hack, it sounds reasonable enough. Go ahead and try to make it if you want. Who knows, it might turn out well.

That...doesn't begin to make any sense. As you mentioned, there would still be the same amount of time in every day. In addition, it'd be rather difficult to adjust to this, moreso when it comes to implementing it worldwide. It's not worth our time.

Actually, there is another out there somewhere, but compared to Lunar Magic's overworld editor, it is just garbage. It has barely any of the features and user-friendliness LM's has.

If you open up AllGFX in a tile editor and look around in Gameboy Mode, you should eventually come to a spot where everything is clear. The Layer 3 tiles are here, and so are the Status Bar graphics.

But as for changing the palettes, changing these isn't going to help much. You can change the color, but not the palettes. To change those, you need to do more complicated editing (Hex editors). Or, just make the background use a different palette.

Sounds nice. Oh, and you should have PLENTY of space for that title screen if you sacrifice a few things (no problem there). I like the items, but I'm a little skeptical about the coins and berries. I see you attempted to make a YI-Style coin there. I probably won't be able to grade it effectively until I see it in motion. The same applies to the berry.

You can put the Raccoon Leaf in with a certain patch which escapes me at the moment, but other than that, nothing. The Hammer Brother Suit can theoretically be put in, however, it would take a hell of a lot of ASM coding. Not so much that it would take a long time (you'd just need to tinker with the Fire Mario code, but I won't go into the technicalities for your sake), but it just wouldn't be worth it to do so.

Probably the person who gets 5000, failing that, the other ATS regular there to witness the 5000th post but didn't quite get it. Although I'd love to see the chaos that would go down if it got to 5000 in the middle of a spree.
