Ahh...Xkeeper. The one site admin (at least as far as I know/care) you can play multiplayer games with. I love it.

Bah, I got all ghe exits in Super Mario World when I was six years old. I also got all the secret goals in Donkey Kong Country when I was seven, and still remember all of them by heart.

Especially considering the ® symbol is a non-standard key on a keyboard. Hell, out of everyone in the world, I honestly believe that only people who have to deal with the program in a legal contest seriously use it the so-called "proper" way. In fact, I think that their insisting that we type it the proper way is just an advertising scheme or something. At any rate, it's stupid, ridiculous, and an idle threat. Hell, it's probably laughable in the courtroom.

This also extends to animals.

However, Chuang Chuang, a male panda bear, is far too obese to have sex. His mate just refuses to do it with him. Therefore, Thailand officials are putting him on a strict diet. No more bamboo for him - he'll have to settle for leaves.

Their plan may not work, however. They've been having extreme difficulty in getting the pair to mate. If this diet won't work, they're going to try to separate the two for a period of time. They're even considering making them watch panda porn (I shit you not) to get them in the mood.

You can read the full article here.

From what I've heard, it's a good game, but it isn't nearly as good as the first one. In fact, the second game in the series is probably the worst of the three (not counting the unreleased fourth title), although that doesn't mean it's terrible. The last case is pretty damn good, though.

Also, no need to neglect your PSP like that. It now has a good amount of good games available for it, with more coming out later.

There probably will be a celebration. Later on in the day. Or whenever Xk gets unlazy. Whichever comes first.

Seriously, screw you guys. I haven't been so lucky with remembering games. Among some of them I can't remember for the life of me...

- An NES side-scrolling beat'em up game. Every now and then, the screen would go dark, and strange enemies would attack.

- A top-down shooter for the NES. I believe flying between the planets may have been involved. Came on a light-blue cart.

- A wrestling game for the NES. One of the characters was an orange guy with a headbutt attack (used with forward A or forward B - I forget which) that could be spammed to win easily.

- A platformer game for the SNES, where you controlled this character looking for his stolen flag. He always kept running into things like underpants (much to his annoyance), until finally finding it. But when he goes home, the rest of his flags have been stolen. Easy difficulty was refered to as "Child's Play", and I believe that the character design may have resembled Rayman. Slightly.

Also, I specifically remember there being a scene at the end of two-player Contra where the two main characters stood on a cliff in a cutscene (not the one where they run into the helicopter). I remember playing through it with some friends (of varying ages), we used the Konami code and swapped controllers when one of us died. The one guy went all the way to the final boss without dying (remarking that until then, he could not get past waterfall). I then managed to dodge everything while the other guy finished off the final boss. A younger person than me stated that, "that's [my friend] and [me]" at that scene.

No, I am not hinting at anything in this post.

Somebody should key the mayor's car with "DA MOON RULZ #1". Also, yeah, their freaking out about this is kind of stupid. From what I've heard, it was quite humorous hearing the news stations try to describe ATHF.

Dude. He said co-op gameplay. Not competitive gameplay. Although the latter isn't necessarily out of the question.

In terms of co-op games, with the choices available, I suppose I could do Turtles in Time with someone sometime. If a time is given and I'm not in a lazy mood that day at that time.

The battery life isn't as bad as you may have been led to believe. As long as you're not fooling around with anything involving wireless access, it can last quite a while.

To me, the short battery life of the PSP is the only factor I need to decide I don't want one. I mean, for any given portable system, that's about one of the most debilitating flaws one could have.

Thus is a reason why I think its almost hilarious that they're porting FFT to it.

That's what the PSP's sleep function is for. To stop gameplay so you can pick up on it where you left off later. So if you're low on batteries in a middle of a fight, just put it into sleep mode, recharge it, and continue playing after it's done (or play while it's charging).

Did you even look at the PSP libary? There's many ports, remakes or straight sequels there as well. If not more in some cases.

Exactly. Its like, half the PSP's catelogue.

Not like the DS isn't guilty of the same things too.

Not being able to resume play on a portable gaming system until you can plug it in again or get new batteries is an issue for all owners of portable gaming systems. We all have to deal with it. The only thing different is the frequency in which you have to do so. Sure, the PSP's battery life isn't as good as the DS's battery life, but it is hardly terrible. Not to say the DS isn't bad, though. They're both good systems.

Why are you offering things you cannot give? You could at least offer something real that you could give, like $20 Paypal or a lot of porn. Of course, odds are an abusive admin would get in the way, but meh.

Never played the game, and I'm not a fan of competitive gaming.

I remember playing the Pokemon TCG back in the day. It eventually got to the point where I could beat anyone I encountered, due to having a lot of good cards in my deck. No one wanted to play me anymore.
