Typically, when I stay up for long periods of time, it's usually around 36-40 hours, possibly more. I can function quite well, but it is often accompanied by feeling lightheaded. I used to do it fairly often, although I don't do it as much anymore, unless there is something important happening at night.

It doesn't look half bad. My only complaint is that the ground on the sandy cliffs are not detailed enough. Having a solid color there just looks...wrong. My only other complaint is that the overworld cliffs are screwed up in some places, particularly around the waterfall. Other than that, I vaguely remember this hack. But it looks promising. Keep up the good work!

Am I the only one who thinks an Edgeworth game would be awesome? Just think about it; Miles Edgeworth: Proficient Prosecutor. The best part would be making up lies, but even if everyone you are prosecuting is guilty, it'd still be awesome.

Which brings me to a point: Phoenix Wright's clients were all innocent. Could he successfully defend someone who is guilty? If so, just how extreme could he go in getting someone off? Are we talking some small-time crook guilty, O.J. Simpson guilty, maybe even Saddam Hussein guilty, or what?

Well, even a slight modification of the tile found on the hills with eyes will do. Just don't leave it as it is. It just looks bad and nothing like sand that way.

xpCynic, it was actually a third party that did The Sims 2 uncensoring thing. It had little bearing on Maxis's part. But at any rate, Wacko Jacko's arguments are crazy and irrational. He's the kind of person that would blame Pong for the accidental breaking a window during a tennis match (as unlikely as it is). Hell, in that debate, you can even hear him start to stutter when his points are being disproven (although to be fair: both sides are insane; Sessler came off as an angry nerd). It probably won't be long until the guy is driven completely insane, is ripped apart in a real debate, starts to be ignored, or all of the above.

So guys.

I watched a very fake video of a man giving birth; the baby emerging from his dick. It was obviously fake: it was clearly a doll being "born", but it was quite disturbing and bloody nonetheless. What's even more disturbing is that I didn't even cringe a bit while watching it. Is that wrong?

It was established that that bug happens when you hit the far right pixel of a coin block with nothing but air to thr right of it, and possibly the far left pixel when nothing is to the left. It's a bug in SMW, not a bug specific to the hack.

You're assuming everyone gains intelligence at the same rate. They don't. Some people learn faster than others. Some people never learn, at most until it's too late. Also, you're failing to factor in other factors, such as environment raised in, city, stress level, diseases...and...well...Shyguy's an idiot at any rate, but you shouldn't put expectations of intellgence out based on age. There are bound to be exceptions, with younger people being smarter than older people. In some cases, such as with those child geniuses, this can be extreme.

Then there could potentially be some other factor involved. The whole of SMW Hacking is generally screwy for some reason (and I'm not talking about the stupidity), and many hacks seem to have random problems that other ones don't. I don't know why, nobody else seems to know why, and everyone is too lazy to find out why. Don't blame me for that explanation though - it was Alastor's thoughts that "determined" that it was a SMW Bug.

However, the thing about hitting the far right pixel is for sure correct. I was even able to get it on video, although by accident (and in Lucara Plains 3, I believe). Here's a screencap of the action a split-second before Mario hit the block, got crushed, and died.

That's only if you're a slow-witted slacker. As long as you stick to your work, are confident, and ration your studying, you shouldn't have to resort to it at all. Studying all night is a last resort for idiots, and usually isn't very effective. You'll likely forget about all you studied about through your tiredness

Actually.. No. The censor could originally be removed in the stock version of the game with just a console command. This command was removed later via updates and expansions, and mods have been used since then.


Really? I see. However, if I remember correctly, he was complaining specifically about a mod, and apparantly knew nothing about the console uncensoring. I may be wrong though. It's been a long time.
