Actually, the part about the hammer suits and stuff is nothing but a rumor, but it is possible to restart with all your items in the NES version if you eject and push the cartridge back in in JUST the right way.

I'm surprised this man is the only person to mention South Park or the Simpsons. I'm even more surprised that Doritokiller is the only one who mentioned Futurama and Family Guy. They are all very fine shows.

Other good shows include Spongebob Squarepants, Fairly Oddparents, Foster's Home for Imaginary friends, practically anything out of classic Nickelodeon (such as Rocko's Modern Life and Two Stupid Dogs) and Animaniacs. Most of the TV shows made today are either Japanese cartoons or horrible (or both), though.

Yes. You CAN start over with all P-Wings, but you cannot start over with your item reserves filled up with another item. That's kind of the point I was trying to make, there.

There might be some in the major cities, Colin. Perhaps Toronto or Vancouver, maybe even Montreal. But I doubt you'd find any where you live. However, the same can be said about small US cities as well, so...

Actually, it should be in the overworld editor by default. File -> Title Screen -> Load Title Screen. Open the 8x8 Overworld Tile Selector to select tiles. File -> Title Screen -> Save Title Screen when you're finished. To get back to the overworld, select "File -> Reload & Discard Unsaved Changes".
