| Fixed width ASCII is for chumps. Real people make and use variable width ASCII. Which takes a lot more time to make, typically involving "tracing" things, special characters, knowledge of widths of characters and more. All in all, it takes a lot more work, but the end result is so much more worth it. I'd post an example here, but there's something wrong with the posting code right now, which turns all special characters to question marks. (it still works for me on other sites, strangely) | |||

Umm...RTB is much better than regular blockland. Everything else, even the original blockland, is inferior. To me, it's either RTB or nothing.  |

| That's good, Danielle. Somebody obviously tampered with your settings (whether it be through hacking or from your computer itself), as stuff like that doesn't happen normally. It'll be nice to see you posting regularly again; the boards just felt more empty without you. |

In my opinion, it's the properties of the number and what can be associated with it that matter more than how low the ID is. Thus, my user ID is probably one of the better ones. I'm content with it, too. I'll let the Wikipedia Article on it speak for itself.

As for the screenshots, SoNotNormal, that looks intense. The place in the first screenshot looks difficult to get past (or it may just be sleep deprivation).
As for DahrkDaiz's dungeon graphics, I agree with their having too high contrast. They look nothing like the counterparts from the game they were ripped from. Speaking of Mario, here's what the general level graphics World 3 from my SMW Hack will look like. This doesn't show everything that will be in there (most notably the purple triangle replacement and foreground filler), and the colors are likely going to change, but what the hell.  |

And I don't particularly like hockey. There's extremely poor officiating in every game, from hypocritical calls (not calling what one team does, calling out the other on very minor infringements) to not doing their job in general. In fact, if you watch any game closely, you're sure to see that there are many offsides that are not called. Soccer tends to be more lenient and neutral. |
