| Hmm...the button doesn't show up on Internet Explorer. Although this is a harsh way of letting the stupidity problem sort itself out. And at the risk of sounding slightly sadistic, I'd LOVE to see a user go batshit insane after being banned (IE: register alts, post [crappy] porn, threaten to kill X, etc.).
Speaking of post crappy porn, funny story actually (and a true one this time). This one time, I was joining some people in trolling a dead message board. Some guy private messaged me, accusing me of being a faggot, and showing me porn. I replied to his private message with much better porn "that everyone can enjoy". On the online list, I watched him view my private message. He just stayed on that link without any other activity for a very long time. I'll spare the rest of the details, but let's just say I pretty much caught him in the act. |

| What if, just out of curiosity, the whole code behind the numbering was figured out? Couldn't Kei or some other lamer go on a rampage (even if he can't hit the mods and admins, he could still easily fuck over everyone else)? And more realistically, what happens if someone accidently clicks it? Well, it goes without saying that they get banned, but what about the fate of their account?
Side note: It's funny though, because if it weren't for what the button does, there would be a lot of posts made today. Side note 2: I'm still waiting for the first person to flip out FOR REALS over this. |

| 1985? That instantly reminded me of Back to the Future.
Wait a minute...in Back to the Future, they eventually went back in time to 1885. 1885 was also in TMNT 4. The boss of that level in said video game was Leatherhead...a mutated alligator. On September 11th, 2001, a man Robert Steele was attacked and killed by an alligator (see: this). The same day the World Trade Center was destroyed. Al Qaeda was responsible for this event. Al Qaeda was supposedly related to Saddam Hussien, who was allegedly making weapons of mass destruction. But there was no proof that there was any, and none turned up. Thus, the invasion was seemingly pointless. It all makes sense now!

| I also played the original KH, but I eventually got bored of it and didn't finish it. That seems to happen a lot to me when it comes to RPGs. I always get so caught up in perfection at the end of the game, that I end up getting bored and not finishing because of it. It's a bad habit of mine. |

| Here are some of the comments I have to make.
In general, the status bar is a rather large concern. The item box looks terrible, and as others said, switching the positions of the coin and live counters may prove confusing to the player. Screenshot one lacks detail in the dirt tiles. The second screenshot is good. A rule of thumb when posting screenshots is that if you know something is wrong, don't show it until you fix it. Fixing the background in screen three is a matter of changing the MAP16 tile's palettes. The rain could use some improvement in the fifth screenshot, and it looks odd with an orange sky. Overall, it's a good start, but there is a lot of room of improvement. Keep at it, though.  (edited by asdf on 05-16-06 07:06 PM) |

| 1) Download BlockTool from SMWCentral, and use it to insert a teleport block into your hack.
2) You have to use Layer 1 events to do this. Make an event that will put the teleport star over the level star when the star level is passed. 3) Read various tutorials, such as the help file or my (hopefully) upcoming one that I will release god-knows-when.
4) All can be seen with the message block item, but some can be seen with normal pre-placed message blocks. You have to see them yourself, but they're not very interesting. 5) Yes. Assuming you already know how to edit it, it's just a matter of putting a lot of work into it. |

| I saw this last night. Yeah, that's some pretty fucked up shit right there. Seriously, even if they wanted to get rid of the baby, they could've used a more humane method of getting rid of it. Namely adoption. I can honestly say I hope these people end up in jail with a cellmate intent on raping them. That might show them what it's like to be penetrated by someone much bigger than you.

| ...wow at those who are making a big deal out of this. I was slightly annoyed by the awkwardness at first, but I kept calm, knowing that I'd get used to it soon enough. Seriously, there's no need to start so much controversy over this. It's still the same board, only with different and more generalized forums. It's not like the entire boards are going to implode in a sea of cluttering. |
