Wow, over 50 posts just to make 10th in the ACS today?
That's a serious load of spam... If I had made all 42 of my posts today, I'd still only be 15th on the list (and falling...). I know activity's been down, but geez, this is almost too much. |

I had the top score on Normal Mode last night, but it got knocked down to second since then.
But I still have the top score on Normal/Hide Next, so I'm happy. (Not that I'm not happy about second...) |

Do you already have a POW Block-style powerup? It may be a bit, er, obsoleted by the Mega Star and other such powerups, but it's could come in handy (and possibly cost a bit less than the Mega Star).

I think the suggestion is great; my only question would be what types of puzzles would it contain (so we could have a general idea as to what to think up).

I am having a problem getting certain games (specifically, the US/Europe and Japanese versions of Dynamite Headdy) working correctly in Gens. When I load the game, Gens immediately jumps to a red screen.
I read online that this problem was related to a bad ROM checksum and that enabling Gens' "Ignore checksums" feature would alleviate the problem. Unfortunately, neither setting Gens to ignore checksums nor using a tool to fix the checksum removes the red screen. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've run my ROMs through GoodGen, and it classifies them as "Dynamite Headdy (J) [c][!]" and "Dynamite Headdy (UE) [c][!]". The [c] represents bad checksum routine, which should not be a problem with Gens' checksum ignore...correct?
Also, my Gens version is 2.12b. (Interestingly, the Dynamite Headdy beta works fine, but these two versions don't...) --Kamek77 |

Is there any way to get these two games working, though? I'm especially keen to get the Japanese ROM working, since I own the US cartridge and would like to see the differences between the two games firsthand.
Is there possibly a different emulator that is known to work? Possibly a patch or fix for the emulator or ROM that could provide a solution? --Kamek77 |

Well, I can't give you points for that, since
1) I never changed the rules about skill chains--they're still not allowed, and 2) that solution doesn't work, since you end up one heart short... If I understand what you're saying, is the first move, is the second, is the third, and is what's left. Keep trying... --Kamek77 |

Bonus 2 Moves: 1 Rows: 12 Columns: 6 Points: 5 (fixed) Once again, for this bonus, a single swap will clear the puzzle...however, it's a bit more shrewdly placed. Actually, SNN, it's not in the actual game (or if it is, it's completely coincidental). I use Ichinisan's TA Puzzle Editor to make these puzzles and simply take snapshots to put online.
