Advance Wars in Super Mario World is awesome. Next, Super Mario World in Advance Wars! LET'S DO IT!

Anyway, nice little tweaks here, GP. I'll probably be using Trust Fund since that one is a nice one.

Grit has a gun.

And thats about it... I mean, Grit is only good with projectiles as is, so... in close combat, he would be screwed. It also wouldn't match his character.

Sturm is from another world, or so says AW2. He could use other special moves from the world he is from that aren't present in Advance Wars... and it would be cool to have him in it.

Nell? I really couldn't see. Sami is a possibility, though, but she would rely on her machine gun...

Wait... Kanbei has a sword... hmmm... but what special moves would he have?

You'll have to edit the original Bowser's graphics to be that of Bowser Jr.

This means opening up the graphics file with Bowser, then put in Bowser Jr. into his spot and then edit the graphics of the Clown Car...

William: "Heh... heh... heh..."

As Popple lunged forward towards Wendy, William held his hand out as a fireball began forming around his palms.

Popple successfully stole the Summon skill from Wendy somehow... but as that really mattered as William was about to toast them.

William: "Time to burn, bitches."

The fireball raced forward as it hit the middle of the ground where the dust had landed. The dust was highly flammable and once one caught fire, all of the dust became emitted in flames. Event the slightest heat caused the dust to erupt into fire. The three foes would have to be ultra resistant to fire in order not to take damage from this.

Wendy: "Wow."
Scottie: "So that is what that does?"
William: "Gah... gotta... get up."

William struggled as he stood up, gaining some strength. After able to stop shaking, he got in an offensive stance, ready for anything.

This is the time of the match where he wasn't going to play around. He was ready for the ultimate attacks.

William: "..."
Scottie: "Its Koopa!"
William: "No. Its Bowser!"
Wendy: "WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE!?"
William: "You know what? Just go. Both of you."
Wendy: "Huh?"
William: "We are here for the sword, right? Well, why don't you look at the other pathways that we didn't go to. Besides, I don't think you are ready for a battle like this."
Scottie: "...oh. I see where you are going with this."

Scottie turned around in a bit of rage and ran off. Wendy then began to walk away from William. She turned her head towards William to look at him before she left. Then she began to run to catch up to Scottie.

William had to apologize when he got back to the ship, but right now he couldn't take their non-seriousness of the situation. If they find the sword, they will have to bring it to the ship so that they could destroy it. However, since Rookie just appeared, it would take sometime longer to find it. He presumed this for the hallway that was behind them...

In any case, William held his sword in front of him with both hands, the point facing Rookie. The thorns jutted out of the sword as they were just black dots on the sword. This revealed why the sword was called the Black Thorn. The thorned edges began to flare up as well as the end of the sword. After a second, the flares flashed and released pure light and dark energy out in random directions. Any end that wasn't heading towards Rookie began to arc to the point to where they would hit him.

If hit, the attack would explode on contact, sending surges of light and dark energy, complete contrasts, throughout the foe, cause major damage.

You could take a GFX file that you extracted, put it in ExGraphics, rename it, insert it, and then delete the entire graphics.

That's how I do it...

Here is a brief summary of the Super Bowl that I am aware of.

Cavemen used Pteradactls to send packages.
A rotary fridge goes into another room.
I am working with a bunch of jackasses.
STREAKER!
A giant monster + a robot = Hummer.

Yeah... I don't really care about the game as you can see. Just not into football much.

And yes, I don't know what is going on...

I'd do it myself, but I'm shit at overworld design, so I'll just throw this out there

I had a similar idea to this.

The Star Road has always been a puzzle world. Well, why not make it more interesting by making levels outside of it unlock a pathway in the Star World? Use silent layer 1 events to make the pathway open up after a certain event. This would be great if you made it to where you have to open a path to reach Bowser or something like that...

YES! I have to agree with this statement. All of it. I mean, they could do a Mach Rider stage on top of a semi or something...

The first time I beat Sephiroth on Kingdom Hearts without using items. Easier than I thought... but was amazed that I did it...

I was Kirby on SSBM against a Level 9 Yoshi by myself. He used Egg Roll and tried to hit me. I actually used R + Down to dodge every time he turned around in the egg. Missed every time.

The first time playing DDR. Why shouldn't you say "Whoa!"?

Tetris Attack on the SNES. Actually owned the game. Played it so well that one time I was trying to do a huge combo when I tried to clear just three blocks... pressed the buttons too fast and made the block touch the other two of its kind and move back to where it was without clearing it. Could only do it on an emulator afterwords...

And the first time I figured out that the Bazooka on Worms Armageddon actually could bounce on water was a "Whoa." moment for me. I never knew that...

And playing Wario Ware Twisted brought on "Whoa" moments for everyone around me... I wasn't going whoa, just everyone watching me play it...

On SSBM, I beat event 51 with Fox without losing a life. "Whoa."

On Halo, the second snow mission (forget the name) I made three Grunts do a whole scene with me. This would be something you would see in Red vs Blue, but was actually NOT planned.
There is the part with the crashed Warthog right before you have to go up the path to the cliff. I got into the Warthog and tried to direct it to the pathway. Little did I know that three Grunts were at the top of the cliff. One threw a grenade at my windshield. I got out and it damaged me big time. I was on my feet and looked up at the top of the cliff. I got mad and threw a plasma grenade up there. Missed... big time. One of the Grunts went to laugh at me, but he took a slip, fell down the cliffside, and died. Another Grunt laughed and said "Oops." I was thinking "Whoa. That Grunt pushed him off..."
Needless to say, I ran the other two Grunts off the cliff. Good times... good times...

It isn't an HDMA problem. It deals with the problems of the level.

I forget what it is, but there is a property that detirmines if Mario goes behind Layer 2. Something with that deals with the two layers since I have seen this problem in many other hacks...

I would help more, but I don't have access to the editor at the moment. I should try to see the problem when I get home.

Check the "Change Properties in Header." The level type for a standard horizontal level should be 00. If it isn't it is probably 0E, which after testing out Yoshi's Island 2 with that level setting caused Mario to go behind the background.

Check that out.

All I have to say it this is better than the attack of the Gold colored members. Otherwise, this board will be in more disarray.

Disarray is good. Ask my friends who play Advance Wars with me. Their armys are always in disarray.

And I should mention that my history teacher says that history repeats itself with the lowest class revolutionizing. On this board, the lowest class is the banned. And here is the revolt... I guess...

Spoiler:
"All worlds end in darkness. And all so end. The heart is no different. Darkness sprouts within it, it grows, consumes it. Such is its nature. In the end, every heart must return to the darkness whence it came! So you see. Darkness is the heart's true essence." -Ansem

Had stitches a VERY long while ago. I don't even remember anything about it.

A can fell on my head.

...

That post of yours, emcee, made me kind of cringe... eck. Hope you don't have to have stitches again. That must be painful.
GAH. Just thinking about it makes me want to be more aware of my surroundings so I don't get stitches. *shudders*
