(OOC: You just said he transformed. He didn't attack... )
Wendy stood there, wondering what to do next, when William ran in front of her, casting a Blizzara spell to counter the fire breath. As the breath was being held back, Wendy moved away from the attackers and Scottie was far back, aiming his gun at the head of the transforming enemy. Pressing the fire button, the bullet, infused with light energy, blasted through the air, above the flames, right towards the head of NES X. A light trail followed behind. It was possible to dodge the bullet, but not if you didn't know it was coming. William: "WENDY! WHERE YA' GOING!?" Wendy: "Behind here!" She took cover behind a statue. This was her first battle, after all... |

A tileset based off of Chemical Plant Zone. Will I submit it to the ExGFX Workshop? Maybe... maybe not. I don't know. The water in the pipes is animated. All is made by hand. I am still adding in some scenery... |

| Yeah... I am going to brighten or darken the background a bit more and am still trying to get the perspective going right on it. I just don't want to use more colors for the background though since if I do it would screw up the status bar, which I do not want to do...
I might need to extend the side of the buildings by an extra tile... and give some depth to the front buildings, which are the pipe facilities in case you are wondering. And the pipes can only have the water go left, right, or up. Due to the way I drew it, a black line is part of the animation. It is simple to change it if I wanted to, but to make things look right, I wanted it to look as though whoever owns this factory is sucking the water out of the ocean or lake... |

| *looks at avatar*
*looks at thread* *laughs* Originally posted by Monochromatic feline Eh, where I am at, PSP is the better system. A bunch of sports-loving graphics-need-to-be-realistic bastards who think Nintendo has the better games, but would still rather play their PSP. Allow me to repeat: they (and I quote)"know that Nintendo has better games", but they don't want the DS because it doesn't have good graphics, won't let you watch movies, and won't let you listen to music. And they say for the new systems, they will get the 360 and PS3. They won't get the Revolution unless it was 50 dollars. I ask why not, and they say it is because it is made by Nintendo.* Therefore, if two companies got together to make a successful alliance based on the above information, it would be Microsoft and Sony just from the consumers. While it wouldn't be a good alliance since they both are more concerned with other matters than the games itself, it will succeed from a huge fanbase who like the companies work of the Playstation and Xbox. If Nintendo was in partner with Sony or Microsoft, the latter company would catch their attention. Now, that was for a successful partnership, not one that I would see. For my opinion, it would be Sony and Nintendo for reasons already mentioned. *All information obtained through opinions from school, old job, and MySpace conversations. Therefore, flaming over this bit is just going to make you look stupid... since how are you going to argue with other people's opinions if you can't talk to them? ![]() |

| ...you know, I never thought about that...
Heh, I am just used to using 0 and 1 only for backgrounds. And now I see what you mean with the shading. I'll fix that right away! |

| "Well, let's see... I do think we have enough people now... so who is it first?"
William was prepared for a brand new battle, one that seems like it work. Unlike his Air Ride battle he attempted a while ago... he didn't want to think of that... |

| GFX29 has the original graphics. Note that it must be done in an external editor with it in NES mode. | |||

| Ummmm... there are stats... there is a shop with which you can equip yourself... and... ummm...
Somehow I think that the only thing missing is the actual battle system. I think the only problem is the fact that there is nobody interested in making it. It would be nice to battle, but... we all know that XKeeper would win with his godly stats and anyone with a plastic spork is screwed. ![]() |

| It was problem 1, VGFreak. Somehow it didn't create the table for announcements when I ran install.sql. Well, now it works.
Thanks for your help, though. Really appreciate it. |

| Well... interesting concept...
Yeah, I remember that old crappy one... gah! Everything has to start somewhere, right?
Yeah, and the thing is: since the tileset doesn't use black for an outline, you can use many different colors in the same row! |

| (OOC: Sorry... brother took over the Internet last night...)
William, now... powerless? He hardly ever used magical powers... and relied on his sword and weaponry that he brought with him. This time, other than the Black Thorn, he held a Swingshot courtesy of Gadetron, and an invisibility cloak. Not feeling any of the effects of the device, William decided to see if he could jump from one building to another. He ran faster and faster towards the edge of the roof in which he jumped. Too bad he couldn't jump to save his life without his powers. He began to fall fast, but reacting quickly, he grabbed for his Swingshot and fired it at a window, which it grabbed the middle pane. He began to arc and was going to land easily. His plan was to put his feet ahead and push them up against the side to absorb the shock. Then he could just level himself onto the ground. The pane just couldn't support his weight, for as soon as he posistioned his feet to where he could just hit the building the window broke, shattering itself. He hit his back on the concrete, knocking him out for a second. He was only a few feet away from it, so it didn't hurt... much. When he opened his eyes, he saw the window pieces falling down towards him. Seeing this, he rolled over to the left to avoid the painful mess. After the glass hit the ground, he saw the end of the Swingshot holding onto the piece of windown. Piece of crap. He let go of the trigger and walked into that very building that he was swinging to, hoping not to be seen going into it... "Hm... need to adjust to the game instead of the battling aspect..." |

| I know, but I was trying to see if I could draw and assemble it in Lunar Magic. Just a quick minute in it...
I tried playing around with it and it would make some very interesting level designs, that is for sure! Now... Pac-Man animated like that would be nice. If I am thinking what you are, you want the Ghosts to hurt you all the time, which means no big Pac-Man. So... was can easily be done is to make some spiny duplicates with different palettes and they'll have the same effect. If that is what you want... |

| I started with Bulbasaur. I think I still have him in it. I chose him because... I had Red and chose the Pokemon who was weak against Charizard. He was good... could kill all of the Elite 4 without back up... or potions during battle, for that matter...
In Gold and Silver (both which I owned, not my brother) I started with Cyndaquill because of Typhlosion looked cool (I had logic, right?) In Ruby and Sapphire, stuck with Mudkip to have all three elemental types of starters in all the games. Hehehe... So yeah... there 'ya go. |

How about... "My head is round, and that window is square." Seriously, if someone asked me to look out a window, I'll have to say it... 'cause it is true to some extent. |

| Used to work at Red Lobster, supposedly a nice place to work. Started as a busser at 6.50 an hour October of 2004. Got up to 6.75 the next month... and didn't get up to 7.00 dollars until June, which they should have boosted me up another quarter: one from a review and one from when another busser started after me and got paid even more). I also was trained to host (seat people) and was able to help out when crappy employees quit or were fired.
A manager there kept harassing me and a bunch of other employees she didn't like. After dealing with it a year (thinking it was just me, which it wasn't) I put in a notice and quict. Like she ever liked me anyway. She just hounded me and tried to get me in trouble a lot by finding stupid things to get me at (and trying to get rid of me for having to take a break every four hours due to Florida law). She wasn't even a host/busser manager, but she acted as though she owned the place. Then two months before I quit, she had control over the bussers, which is when I was told to go back to bussing because... I needed a break from seating. She didn't want to hire minors and wanted to get rid of the ones around, but then she gave in and hired another busser. Younger than me, more immature than me, yet made as much as me. He got away with more things than me, which I was ridden on all the time. After not being able to go home from rolling silverware only one night (I had two AP essays to write!) I put in my notice and quit. Been late November when I had that job... and I still have 100 dollars cash remaining from it plus 75 dollars that my parents borrowed and 204 I lent to my brother, so I am sort of set for a while... although I would like to work at some video game place but Rhino's Video Games (don't know if you know it) won't hire me until I'm 18... |

| It is a pretty powerful editor for a sports game. I think it is nice.
I'll play around with it a bit to see what it can do, but from what I can see it can edit almost anything! Nice! |
