This is one of the ways to pass time during a download.

First results: my deviantART account I haven't accessed in a while...
Then Midihead's Lounge (I forgot I registered there... )

Wow... it even has an old Robot Arena bot I made with a cannon...

...heh, seems like it changes my results each time I search.

Alzo saw the newcomer and kept his back to the tree to keep from being seen. He grinned as the person walked out of his sight and he began to look through his papers to figure out the next step.

After reading one of his unpaid police tickets which he earned with honor, he smelled a burning of sorts. The tree he was leaning on was burning, and he was smoking!
"AHHHH!" He charged deeper into the woods and jumped in a mud puddle to put out the fire. Now covered in mud, he trudged through the forest back to where he was to see that his papers were burned. A full year of work gone!

He lowered his eyelids to show he was angry. He than ran to Anya, full of rage.
"AAHHH! YOU DESTROYED MY WORK!" He ran closer and closer to Anya, but then realized that he wasn't even close to her height. He stopped dead in his tracks and, not wanting to be killed in an instant, apoligized for his rudeness, but in a flirty kind of way. "Heh. Sorry 'bout that. Name's Alzo. Nice to meet you."

-----
"Excuse me, sir, but can I ask you to head that way and deal with my brother? He has made me furious and I am looking for anyone to teach him a lesson." Rixe, brused, burned, and upset, asked some stranger at a picnic table. Of course, he was just tall enough to have his eyes overlook the seat of that table, so he couldn't see what paperwork this guy was filling out.

...that's brilliant.

Speaking of trivia, there was this one question on some question game that asked "How many of each species of animals did Moses put on his ark?" Someone replied 12.

Ok, 2 is bad enough, but 12?

...the answer is none. It was NOAH'S Ark, not Moses's.

I sure hope you were joking.

EDIT: Danielle's IE window goes STRETCHY with the spoiler tags!

The Pacman and Ghost are awesome!

Get one with an evil look gritting his teeth. That would be a good one to use from time to time.

Nice smilies. I say use those instead.

I want to use the 0_o ones. They look cooler.

...strange. Never had problems with it in IE... ever. Opera it works and in lololol.

I honestly don't know what is up with it... I'll just remove it for the time being, since it isn't anything worth spoiling...

Done that already. The map data for the Design Maps is uncompressed whereas in the rom it is compressed big time.
I did it, others did it. Doesn't help much. It might help once it gets decompressed, but for now, it is merely useless...

Must be layout then. Since my layout is based on his, that has to be the problem.

Still, I have no idea what causes it...

Tried it out myself. It froze IE for me... heh... I guess I'll have to be wary of the spoiler tags from now on...

"Can I order all you can eat shrimp take-out?"

...just... don't ask. I hated working at Red Lobster.

More stupid things from there:
(after guests walk through a ton of people to reach the podium to sign in for a seat) "There's a wait?"

Guest: "WHY AREN'T WE SEATED YET! THERE ARE TABLES ALL OVER THE PLACE!"
Me: "Would you like to sit at one?"
Guest: "No, I want a booth."

This single line in his CSS makes it happen:

#cpulayout-body div {height: 100%}

It basically sets the height of any div tag inside his layout to 100%. I think it's supposed to be of the box containing the layout, but with the spoiler tag it seems to be of the browser window's size. In lololol, anyway. And since the spoiler tag is a div... Well, you can figure out the rest.

...well, that's interesting. *glares at KATW*

I'm getting a new layout soon anyway, so... I'll have to remember this info when making it.

...you used Photoshop and used the most basic techniques that it offers?

Well, it is a simple layout. The yellow, though, would look better with a blue color like the stripes in the background. The yellow... just doesn't fit with the rest unless you used a gradient from light to dark yellow like the rest of the colors are.

Also, as already mentioned, it resembles a flyer...

I feel accomplished.

Yesterday I completed The legend of MAX on Standard, then completed Daikenkai on Heavy. Today, I was able to pass Sakura with a C on Heavy.
While that isn't much, two days ago I could barely do Sakura on Standard.

Now that I am wearing out my mat, I think I need to get a hard mat. I'll take a look through this thread for any information on that, then I'll have to see what Stepmania is. Sounds interesting to me.
And I need to get the rest of the DDR series. That will probably be a challenge...

...too bad that where I live DDR isn't really... that... popular... well, people know about it and those that play it constantly want to show off their skills on Light... but otherwise, nobody really cares for it unless it is a rap song I am dancing to.

EDIT: I think I'll stick with a soft mat. It just would feel right with me.
And Stepmania sounds awesome! I am going to download it now and hopefully order a converter online soon.

Just played Chaos Angel Acts 1-3 on my keyboard. I think the best one was the first, though. Then again, that is just me. They were all great.

Now I have to order a converter when I get the money.

((OOC: Alright! Let's get it going back to speed!))

William saw the missles make contact and then... saw Ex next to a wall in an instant. He was kind of confused, but then realized that time must have stopped and she was still hit by the projectiles.

The suit of armor dissolved into the air, leaving William with his usual weaponry. Seeing this as a perfect opporotunity, he held his sword in front of him, the tip pointing up. He began to charge up energy for his next move before his opponent gained a chance to strike.
