| I agree with YD, the counter looks way better under the banner thne to the side.
Also, black borders around the counter also looks better then just a black panel. I think the grey on the top banner part looks good - the 3D effect isn't overstated, but it's enough to make it look interesting and not flat. EDIT: You made it so the counter changes if you change the server time-zone offset in your profile. That's pretty cool :o (edited by Tatrion on 12-31-05 12:16 AM) |

| So. I couldn't decide between Airship Fortress or Rainbow Road. Rainbow Road has never ceased to infuriate me on 150CC, but it's funner and cooler looking then Airship Fortress, so RR wins.

| Dry Bomber with Dry Bones or a different character? I've tried to snake with DBs in the Dry Bomber. I did... decent, but I lost more time then if I drove normally. What engine class is used in time trial? That's what I tried it in... | |||

I nearly went insane trying to get triple star in mission 1-8 
And level 1 is the only mission set I've triple stared. I have at least a single star rank in every one though 
As for cups, well... I'm terrible at 150CC mirror. So. Horrible 
And I have a B rank in 150CC Star cup that I need to get to at least a single star too... but lazy. |

| What kind of annoys me is completing mission 7 (with a Single star rank no less...) gets you NOTHING. No extra tracks, no secret characters, nothing.
The only thing I could think of is something unlocked in conjuction with Grand Prix AND Mission Mode. |

| On a somewhat related note, I have learned how much fun rainbow road is with a heavy character compared to a light character --
150CC R. Road With Dry Bones's Dry Bomber = NOT COOL. Bowser in R.O.B's multi-colored car (forgot the name) = Shove people off the track :O Blue shells still really suck on the dash ramps. No avoiding that though, since blue shells suck period
On a more related note, I have an overall single star rank I still can't snake for crap, but I've managed to beat... one staff ghost anyway (The one at Sky Garden).
Beating Grand Prix didn't unlock anything with the missions like I was hoping, but whatever.... |

| I don't remember seeing an Ice Blarrg in Bowser's Return. (This was the demo he released a few months ago. It was nearly complete, but Ice decided he wanted to replace a ton of the graphics.)
I don't remember seeing an Ice Blarrg in Rob-omb's quest either. Nor any of the other hacks I've downloaded (which is about 15, counting full hacks and demos) ...But it's such a wonderful idea, I may just steal it They'd be perfect for an Ice Castle/cave level.

| Off-topic @ Neo - You're lucky for getting the last post in the December 2005 edition I was going to make a reply but when I submitted it, it was closed and Case'd
On-topic - I'm not willing to even get Anya Syndrome... It would take so much of my day it would be ridiculous. I wouldn't be able to come up with decent posts that quickly, and I'd get bored of posting constantly after about 30 minutes. Tatrion: Only 23 1/2 hours to go!!! haa... haa... haarrgg... |

| Funny fact: the highest level in this game is 100, not 99. Someone posted a picture of it on GameFAQs, but the topic has probably been purged by now.
It's a much better level cap then 99, wouldn't you agree? |
