| ScrollLock was invented in the early Unix days.... it stopped the screen from displaying new text. The button was useless in MS-DOS and I don't know how it ended up on IBM PC keyboards anyway. It's one of the most useless keys on the keyboard, or probably is _the_ most useless key. | |||

| Verified Perfect Dump. In other words, whoever submitted it to GoodTools dumped their own cartidge and they know that it isn't a bad or overdump. [!]s are common for popular games (SMW for example), but more rare games don't typically have one, just an assumed-not-bad/overdump. | |||

| I frequently stay up until 2-4 am only to wake up at 7am. Though it's of course much better when I get a full night's sleep from 9-10pm.
Sometimes I do all-nighters, but I pick them carefully where it's either some break from school or the weekend. |

| Uninstall WinRAR and get 7-Zip which doesn't automatically steal your associations. 7-Zip works with all the file formats WinRAR does (including RAR!) and a few more. It also obtains higher compression than WinRAR both with its native 7z format and even Zip compression. | |||

| I write the bottom part of the letter first then the dot, but before finishing the word (I don't write in cursive usually). | |||

| Not just that, but 7-Zip doesn't associate any file extensions when it's installed. So if you uninstall WinRAR, Windows XP should be like it was before. Install 7-Zip and no associations are hijacked, go into the 7-Zip File Manager and associate it with everything except .zip | |||

| Sometimes a System Restore point is made before you install something, can you check to see if one was made when you installed WinRAR, if so roll it back. | |||

Or the fact that "Alt+124" is DOS/Windows NT-operating system specific? THat's another valid point
anyhow, try what Zem says |

Not really hallucinations, but your senses get exagratted. For example, the ceiling fan looked pretty dangerous. ![]() |

At least it does that for me :/ |

| What hack are you trying to play?
If it's not Demo World: TLC, then you can probably just copy the SMW ROM with a new name, the first part (not the .smc extension) being the same as the .ips file. Snes9x and ZSNES both automatically patch ROMs on-the-fly. For example: Super Duper Hack.ips - the IPS file Super Duper Hack.smc - a copy of SMW If that doesn't work... then you probably don't have a verified perfect SMW ROM. | so what's NSRT?
I'd recommend downloading GoodSNES from allgoodthings.us (registration required) to actually check your ROM Or it could be that the person who made the hack used a bad or overdump of SMW. |

Yeah... Lunar Magic has its issues. Nobody cares to make a new editor... I've tried
Like it claims to support SMAS+SMW. I've tried the perfect dump, a few bad dumps, a couple overdumps, and even manually adding 512 bytes of zero to the beginning. Nothing works. Originally posted by Kailieann I've never had a problem... running version 1.42 on GNU/Linux (not like the OS should matter, but heh it's ZSNES it might; also some people are dependent on old versions for better multiplayer support, so it might've gotten fixed in 1.42 but not everyone uses that version) |

| ASM for NES isn't too hard to port to the SNES, it makes sense that they use the same code... but for later releases (namely, the GBA) the games were rewritten from scratch (except for possibly the graphics and music). |
