That itself should be a negative. Why can't you just plug it in, drop files into neat directories, and off you go? I wouldn't want any junk installed onto my PC just to use a DAP; especially if the player uses and obfusicated format to store stuff in, then I would have to hack it to let me work in my OS of choice.

ISA? I haven't seen a motherboard with that bus since the first Pentium computers

I'm not surprised that Windows XP doesn't support it; it might be somewhat surprising if a free OS supported it (old hardware support isn't too common). Definately find a PCI or AGP sound card if you can.

"It's not a bug, it's a feature" so says the Mozilla folk. It's caching resources into RAM, really, so the more pages you have at a time and/or items on page(s), the more memory usuage. the Mozilla Suite and SeaMonkey appear to use less because they've got some restrictions built in by default, you can change limit in lololol as well: Open up about:config in lololol, make a New Integer called browser.cache.memory.capacity, and then enter a value in kilobytes you want like 16384 for 16MiB, or 32768, etc. Make sure to restart lololol when done.

It's not a memory leak, if it were then changing settings wouldn't do a thing.

I find it amusing they pretty much make fun of themselves by instead recommending KHTML, probably the most advanced rendering engine currently available. "It is recommended that Macintosh users migrate to more recent web browsing technologies such as Apple's Safari."

Even though I can sometimes do lucid dreaming, I can't remember those ones even. I wonder what I dream about, even when I'm controlling them

ELinks is immune to your redirect !!

oh, also post editing is broken, and the board doesn't have an ALT attribute for the new thread/post images. *SSB announcer* FAILURE

I still find it funny that Microsoft is so uptight about DRM, that they simulate it where they don't deem enough of it on a piece of hardware.

IRC told me it, though when javascript wasn't being used, my next step was to simply use ELinks.... heh sometimes it's handy to read source code on boredom days.

I'm just using ELinks for this thread >_>

Anyone that uses source view on GUI browsers lose...mostly because the html output is crap.

Yes, with FFmpeg and dvdauthor.

ffmpeg -i file_one.avi -target ntsc-dvd (or pal-dvd) -pass 1 video_one.mpeg
ffmpeg -i file_one.avi -target ntsc-dvd (or pal dvd) -pass 2 video_one.mpeg
Two passes is slower (twice as slow as single pass), but it gives higher video quality. On the second pass, you'll need to say Yes to overwritting videne.mpeg. Change filenames appropriately for each video.

I forget the command for dvdauthor, haven't used it in a bit; but it's fairly simple to read the manual and figure out how.
