Was it pre-formatted (most of them aren't, but some are)? If so, then that may be just part of the problem... see, Microsoft's FORMAT utility has weird inane bugs that cause it not to work properly.

If the drive was pre-formatted, try downloading DBAN (floppy disk image or CD-ROM image; the work the same but on different boot media) and wiping the disk with zero ("Quick Erase" in DBAN), only one pass. See if that helps.

Posted on 08-19-06 04:22 PM, in SMAS Link
SMAS is basically a fancy multi-boot cartridge, each game is separate (the SMBx series was probably actually directly ported from NES; good evidence is the fact that they share the same glitches and behavior) and has generally unsimilar layouts. An editor that does all of the games included in SMAS will need information for each of them, and it'd take a while to do so.

Basically, STFW or get.

I figured it out. The XP disk I had was a burnt copy, but it wasnt burned via ISO, so it couldnt boot in DOS.

What? That didn't make sense.

Copies of the Windows XP disc... work exactly the same. I know, I have used burned copies.

Does an EEPROM image count?

http://www.zophar.net/pj64/ - bottom of page, for Mupen64 put it in the saves directory as "Super Mario 64 (U) [!].eep"; it requires Super Mario 64 (U) [!].rom (other suffixes possible; it shouldn't matter what byte order it is)

It's a magic button, no cables are actually needed, they're just there as an illusion.

Oh and you're lucky, KCK was thinking about Area 51, I checked.

What can you actually do to show us you deserve approval? Your latest topic was lacking some basic common sense; and it doesn't exactly help when you say you don't wish to be part of the community, only to simply leech information from it.

Have you seen the pictures included in the recent games? They are rather suggestive They're not even hidden HOT COFFEE MOD pictures, just in the regular sequence. Granted, it's still not the 'hottest', it's way more than Princess Peach

I don't normally view threads with post layouts enabled, it's slow and somewhat obnoxious. I do, however, recognise many people by their avatar. I have little trouble in this thread

The electromagnetic force, however, is stronger than gravity. It'd be like finding the balance between a human's strength and that of a cat, where one cannot push an object in the middle completely against the other, assuming all the strength is being used; it's just pretty much impossible for that to happen.

Fun-fact: Gravity actually happens to be the weakest force in our Universe!

Your username once again fits, since the post fails to accurately recreate it.

Except I don't get what all of his inane short acronyms are I'm guessing.
