http://sudoku.sourceforge.net/ - it's a Java applet.

You might also fool around with GNOME Sudoku, written in Python.

KsCD usually, though I use cdparanoia if I feel like storing a CD on hard disk. Both of them support CD-text. I've used some program 'playcd' before (came with the OS, forgot which one), XMMS, and BeepMP... they all supported CD-text.

Though I don't think any of the ones I've mentioned have a Windows port and since your car player reads it, the discs themselves should be proper; doesn't suprise me, I've heard of Microsoft crippling their products on purpose (like FAT32 in Windows 2000/XP).

Does the drive support DVD-R?

Also like neo said, try to see if the manufacturer has an updated firmware version. You could also try unofficial firmware hacks, though be warned that you're at your own risk in doing so (however it usually has benifits, like disabling region lockouts, adding features that the hardware supports but the official firmware blocks for more money on higher-priced 'models', etc)

I'm going to be exceptionally patient with you. Read How To Ask Questions the Smart Way. If you fail to consider that advice, this topic'll be closed.

(actually, now you're banned, i feel this has no reason to exist anymore)

Seems a rather trivial reason to switch operating systems.

Instead, have you looked around for Windows CD-players and weather they work with CD-text?

Might be overkill, but MediaPortal is for Windows and it pretty much provides all the of the functionality of Windows XP Media Center, but without the price: http://www.team-mediaportal.com/

If you're using some form of Unix, there's MythTV.

Better than it was, but still I seriously doubt that N64 emulation is practical on the 7th-generation handhelds. I'd wait until 8th-generation

Not to mention, if Super Mario 64 is running like that, there's no chance of realistically playing Zelda 64 or RE2.

Microsoft's trying to repeat what they did in the past. Provide MS-DOS and Windows development kits for cheap. Once the market is taken over because of this fact, exponentially increase the price of the development kit and make it near-impossible for individuals to look at it anymore.

I'm pretty sure Snes9X has the option, but wouldn't it be better to just get SPC sets?

Go ahead. The whole point of a wiki is so that the users pretty much dictate what goes on. SysOps are there to make sure that major changes (like deletions) aren't in the wrong hands.

OFF sounds neat, but it fails for not providing source code. What the hell is SourceForge allowing nowadays? It was going downhill a few years ago, but now this is sad.

Yeah, when I don't use Windows... it matters. Because I can't mess with it at all.
