Just wondering, but is the hacking done to the game going to allow it to be played on actual NES hardware with an eprom cart? I know this couldn't be done with the original Mario Adventure hack. Very impressive.

Yes, this hack should work on the real hardware. I've had no problem with it not working in any of the emulators thus far.

So the palettes are the same, or universal throughout the rom? And did you expand the rom past the hardware support?

No, the ROM has been expanded to the max a MMC3 chip will allow. As for the palettes, what do you mean the "same" or "universal"? The palettes really have no bearing on weather or not the hack works on real hardware. I didn't use a custom palette file for this.

I should have been more clear. I meant not using more colors than the nes supported. I know some emulators allow for custom palettes (stuff the hardware cannot support) and I was just curious. That's all. This hack looks amazing. I've always loved Super Mario Bros 3 and I was blown away with Mario Adventure. This just completely blows that away IMHO.
