Hi Everyone,

The name's Jono and I'm pleased to meet anyone and everyone at the forums here. The last forums that I was on were the BSP (BoodaSack Project) orums and although I'm still a member the board is down until he gets further with his games. So... I thought I'd try some more forums where I can vent my spleen about all the things I hate, chat about all the things I like and talk to people with similar interests. (including reading, most sports, playing Legend of Mana, Chrono Trigger and Pokemon [also any action RPG's that are like Chrono Trigger] Damn I love that Game!

@ acillatem98: Damn straight, I have no hope of being able to afford all the consoles that I could want.

and...

@ Danielle: I'm not into hacking ROMs, I'm into people, so I'll be hanging around the action... wherever that is

Finally, I'm sure I'd be sour anyway, so I wouldn't bother If I were you Cruel. hehe

WOW! my second post...
Anyhow: I love your comics Peardian; their the main thing that inspired me to join the forums...
You're attention to detail is amazing, you even put mountains in the background when you could see through the hole-in-the-wall.
I'm sure you'll make some more brilliant strips soon and I'll be waiting to see them, they're graphic masterpieces...

Wurl: Was this the link you lost? Because I found it after having a read of your thread and it seems to fit the description...

http://www.fadetoblack.com/christ/christ2.htm

It's funny even if it's not the one you had before! (Unless you're an uber-sensitive person with very strict Christian beliefs)

Posted on 04-06-06 02:45 AM, in Video Card recommendations anyone? Link
Hey there, I was just wondering what the best video card would be for my computer?
I have a P4 3.00Ghz, 1.2GB RAM, and I want to play Black and White 2 (needs pixel shading 1.1 or above) and I also need it to have VESA support...

Does anyone have any suggestions for a video card with decent RAM and speeds, but also these features?

Any help is much appreciated...

I'm looking at an nVidia GeForce FX5500 256MB for around AU$100... What do you think... is it a good buy? And just so you know, I have an AGP 8x and a bit less than 150 bucks to spend on the card.

Does anyone know of a decent English translation of Pokemon TCG 2: Great Rocket that's available for download, most of the ones I've seen are less than a quarter done... It's been around for years, surely someone's done a full, or at least nearly full translation!

It is so freaking irritating! Arggh... Most of Worms Armageddon is fine, but some of the training excercises (Crazy Crates and Artillery Range to be precise) and none of the missions are working.

Some of them have the wrong maps, others have the right maps but wrong events (Pumpkin Problems has no 'special crate', just a constant stream of normal ones that fall on you at the start... WTF? Since your supposed to have limited weapons)

Others have everything perfect except that the enemies begin with zero health, so they die before I get a chance to kill them .

All the deathmatches and randomly generated maps for two player battles are fine because they're not specific maps, so maybe thats the problem...

Anyone have any idea what on earth is going wrong?

Regards, Jono

I should have guessed it was dodgy, my friend gave it to me on a cd wtih a few other things, so I thought I'd try it out... Oh well. Guess I'll just have to find a decent copy somewhere. Thanks for the heads-up about "fully cracked" and all that S&T.
