| Jack nodded to her in acknowledgement and called a waiter over. "I would like a double cheeseburger, extra fries, and water, and the young lady here would like some fries, and a vanilla shake." Jack directed his attention back to her as the waiter left with their orders. "So..." he said in a pitiful attempt at a conversation. He had no idea where to start, so he just blantly asked, "What um...What's your situation?" | |||

| Jack half smiled at this, knowing how foolish it is for someone to admit a skill like this. Especailly to someone on the streets. There were so many thugs on the streets who would love to have a tool like this girl. Shaking his head at her stupidity, and obvious lack of experience. Of course he was not going to turn down her offer to pay. Every free meal, was an extra meal more than he had before. As the waiter came back bearing their food, Jack's stomach let out a protest against the long wait, as if complaining about the speed the waiter was walking, which seemed to be as slow as he could. As soon as the waiter set the food down, Jack pounced on it like a lion on fresh prey after a long, long winter. In five minute's his food was gone, his plate as clean as if it had never been there to begin with. "Well, if you don't have anywhere or anyone to go to, you can stay with me." He said hospitably, as the waiter came to take his spotless plate. | |||

| Aaron tried to get a grip on himself as he started to walk with her. It was not easy for him, considering his interaction with others had been limited. He started to nervously fidget with his shirt in an attempt to distract himself from how out of character this all was. Ahh who are you kidding? You scared out your mind. With this thought in mind he let out a sarcastic laugh. His blood- pressure was up, and he knew it.
Snapping his attention back to Rae, He stammered out, " Nope, everythings good here. I wouldn't mind getting a drink myself." He could not see, but could guess that she was staring at him out of the corner of her eyes, and he knew that he should have stayed on the bus. Looking down at his feet, he continued on his walk. She probably thinks I'm weird. Hell, I would think I'm weird. In fact, I do think I'm weird. Cutting his thoughts off before he convinced himself of his huge mistake, he continued walking. |

| At her words, Jack cracked a smile. do you know how many people, Just like you, I've seen?" He said, his smile growing more synister. "All cocky, all arrogant. Thinking themselves invincible. Thinking that they are the most powerful. That they're gunna run the streets." His eyes flashed angrily as he took a drink of his water. " And do you how many of those people are still living? None. And if they are, they are ALL just tools. Tool's of people who are smarter, with more power." He slammed his glass down as he came to the end of his rant, a sad smile crossing over his face as he stared at the child in front of him. "No..." He whispered sadly. "You will one day find out that you are not invincible. That you are not in control. Not here on the streets." His eyes glazed over as memories came back to haunt him. "No...there will always be someone else." He shook his head, as he realized he had nothing more to say on the subject. " If you were thinking to intimidate me, you failed. Miserably." |
