"Take that!" With a resounding CLANG!, the possessed sword much like the one Alizabe had fought clattered to the ground. Picking up the red gem that fell from it instad of the green one for Alizabe, the figure stood up. He was a taller boy, with a flowery, green-tinted polyester shirt and black pants. The boy looked to be around 17 (but really wasn't), and thsoe who met him had gotten a very likeable feeling about him before they'd even gotten to know him. Sheathing a cracked, crude sword, the boy continued onwards. ????: "Heh, great. Almost what I need to make a new sword.^^ Now I shouldn't need to use this piece of crap anymore." Stuffing the gem in his pocket, the boy headed onwards, aiming to eventually find his way out of the maze and to the nearest blacksmith's shop. |

Geez... Anyways, Toshiba is reportedly recalling 340,000 laptops worldwide because their batters lose their charge, and fail to recharge afterwards. Thought/Opinions/Anything to add? |

| From up ahead in the tunnel the boy heard someone screaming, yelling something that although undecipherable, definitely had only one syllable...
Back at the downed sword was a little pinkish creature, furred and somewhat like a cat. The little creature was too busy to notice that the boy had already begun leaving. Startled by the yell (for the creature, it was also indecipherable), the creature looked up and around. "Hey, wait up!" Exclaimed the little creature, in a voice not unlike that of Shippo's from InuYasha. Tearing off after the boy, the pink creature grabbed onto his pant leg and climbed up onto his shoulder. "Hey, why'd you leave me behind again?!" The creature stammered. "Well, you're the one who got mesmerized by that sword. Anyways, be quiet- there's someone up ahead, and you know that I'm nto the only one who can hear you." The creature winced, remembering the little incident that had taken place the previous day. |

As the boy and the creature navigated through the labyrinth, they came to a staircase going up. "Good, back where we started on this floor." Said the boy, looking at a set of notches in the wall near the staircase - and no, he didn't make them. The boy then was about to take the opposite path in the 3-way interesction when he heard something, almost as if someone was barreling down the stairs at an awesome rate. "Uh oh..." Said the pink creature, "They're going to be pancakes at the bottom... Aw, come on! Can't we stay and watch the show?" Asked the creature.
