| Hex editing: Translhextion and goldfinger (goldfinger has no search relative function and I can't get thingy table to work the way I want to in transylhextion)
Tile editing: YY-CHR, if LM won't work. Assembling: X112F.exe (can't remember it's full name), Translhextion + 65816ref.hlp Coding: jEdit (yay for syntax highlighting), sometimes Notepad Debugging/tracing: Geiger's SNES9X debugger Automation: Whatever I need I write in VB6 |

| That patch acame around when I told Fu about the roblem... it was first rectified in that patch. The fix was later incorporated into LM 1.63.
But anyways, so that's why my parachute bom-ombs messed up... Anyways, it's all right, but your graphics are pretty plain, and seems... like they're morer suited to a beta stage of development where it's only the engine and such that's recieving the attention. Otherwise, good, and quite the interestring storyline! |

| for elevators, you could probably use the elevator sprite that comes with spritetool, and just adjust it's tilemap and width data in the ASM file to make it into a metroid-style elevator. | |||

| Xk... If acmlm tries to win, Xk might just blow the board up anyways... which makes him the final winner, and everyone else the loser. | |||

| Layer 3 works differently from layers one and two, when it comes to palettes.
your colours HAVE to be in LM palettes zero or one. |

| Nope, layer 3 palettes are 4-colour, not 2-colour.
Palete zero (L3) = LM Palette 0, colours 0-3 Palette one (L3) = LM palette 0, colours 4-7 Palette two (L3) = LM palette 0, colours 8-B Palette three (L3) = LM palette 0, colours C-F Palete four (L3) = LM Palette 1, colours 0-3 Palette five (L3) = LM palette 1, colours 4-7 Palette six (L3) = LM palette 1, colours 8-B Palette seven (L3) = LM palette 1, colours C-F |

| Well, have the bom-omb not fall down, and just end up exploding in mid-air if that's possible... That would be more effective IMO than having it come down and risk killing the kaboomba. | |||

| Owned.
Jeez, that was quite funny... although theere was one mistake in the entire movie I noticed- Edgeworth had a GBA SP, and The defense lawyer (I can't remember his name) was reading the manual for the regular GBA. |

I have to get up at six, though, which really causes problem for me 'cuz I'm more of an evening person than a morning person. |

| Yeah, Alastor came to mind the moment I read the title of the thread... And for some reason, I almost DID confuse Edgeworth with Alastor at least once. | |||

| Wait for someone who has a username with a colour that matches that of an administrator.
Oh, you can learn what colours I mean by reading the FAQ (on the main bar at the top opf the page). While you're there, you might as well read the rest of it as well. |

| EditGFX28.bin and GFX29.bin with a tile editor (you can't edit these files in LM) set to 2bpp NES format. | |||

| After watching the goings-on down between the construction robot and the smaller red-haired guy who had come to fight it, Snipes was now watching all three of the fighters.
Snipes: "Hmm... I think I can safely guess who're the good guys here..." Pulling out his pistol, Snipes began to fly towards Smithy (althuogh he didn't yet know his name), checking the charge on his pistol's battery pack. Speaking of which, that pistol was something else. One of Snipes' pet projects for a while, it was essentially a small cannon, which fired incredibly small traces of antimatter (less than 1/1000 of a milligram, seeing as a few grams could destroy a small city). IT was powered by some solar cells on the top and bottom, a piezoelectric generator, and TPV (ThermoPhotoVoltaic) cells that transferred his bodyt heat into electrical energy for the particle generator inside it. Of course, the little device wasn't incredibly powerful in normal operation, but it could still do good damage if fit hit a target, and had a couple of tricks to it as well. Flying down towards Smithy, and watching to contruction robot to be sure it didn't try anything, Snipes called out to Smithy and the JDavis Robo. "Hey, need a hand?" |

| "What are you doing?! We told you to take out the Crew compartment first, you dolt!," The angry voice on the other side of the walkie-talkie exclaimed. The inconing transmission was encrypted, such that the Solaris station would not be able to pick it up. "Nevermind. It's too late now... Head to the Crew compartment, and take it down! After that, you need to meet up with our mole on board the crew, he'll help you get out of the station."
When Alzo had run from the bomb area, Snipes had yelled to get down, and tossed the bomb he'd planted out into the halway, away from the reactors. (which would have blown the whole station up otherwise, whew!) Getting up, Snipes reached for his communicator. "Engineering, this is comander Snipes." "Engineering here. What the hell happened over there?! We gotr reports of systems failures in the reactor area!" "We've got a flunkie with bombs on board. I need a crew to get down here and fix up the area, and bring more helium, some of the cooling lines look a little leaky." "Yessir. Heh, good thing we chose pebble bed tech instead of convention reactor tech, right sir?" "Yep. I'm going after him though. Snipes out." Switching off his communicator, Snipes called out to the other guards in the area. "All right, you guys come with me. We need to find this guy before he causes any more problems. |

| Uh huh.
So by your reasoning COTMK 1 is a hoax because it's taken over 2 years now and it's still not done? This is SO laughable. VL-Tone has a life; he isn't going to spend every waking minute of his life working on this. If the map editor didn't take so long to develop, why is this taking so long? My answer: the fact that you're editing a frigging PICTURE, while this editor edits the ROM itself, and mch more of it than that, as well as reading huge amounts of data, and displaying it. |

| Nope, that's a hex editor. It modifies the actual hex of a file, without any of the fancy conversions of numbers to graphics and all that. |
