I believe it's called uploading only what you need at any one time.

I think Chrono Trigger did that.. I think it actually had three different binaries that were uploaded to the SPC700 RAM as needed.

Snipes too had recieved the message from the operator. Unholstering one of his pistols, Snipes set it to 'stun' and began walking in the direction of the ventilation access hatch.

"So there is someone on board here... They'll likely be trying to get out once Zach gets to the reactor room... Engineering, this is Commander Snipes. Lock down the reactor, someone unknown has been detected near the main cores."

"Bzzzt! Copy that, sir. Will d-"

Came the reply from Engineering. Snipes was glad he'd had such good people on board- they were very happy to do their jobs. Heh, that guy must have been in a hurry to lock down the reactors, if he cut off that quickly. Still, something didn't quite sit right about the quick cutoff, and Snipes changed his goal to the Engineering section.

Or a heavy metal lamp from this computer if I'm not at my own one... or three seconds for a very deadly knife in the kitchen.

Looked like some sort of team attack. Anyways, nice, but that looked like most of the bosses were down and then clipped together, and not all at once or anything. Very good playing, though.

Yea, it's not compression.

Oh, and you can't overwrite the IPL ROM... but thewre is a certain hardware register you can set to disable it and access the RAM it was overwriting.

Lithium Batteries were rechargable from the start, AFAIK, and I don't think there is such a thing as a non-rechargable lithium battery.

And CR2032 are standard on nintendo carts I *think*. So yeah, you should be able to mod your GB or GBC to do that, assuming it doesn't already, in which case you might just have a bad battery/SRAM chip.

Yea, give the MAP16 used by layer 2 'layer priority' in the MAP16 editor. If that doesn't work, then I don't think you can have layer 2 appear over layer one.
