So, it looks wrong in SMW... Do the graphics show up in the LM 8x8 tile editor, and are you changing the right tiles (i.e. right page)

I haven't heard if a way to do that, but perhaps your local computer store can upgrade your graphics? I got an issue of MaximumPC that had a DIY laptop article in it... it had details on changing graphics cards in a laptop.

Mozeki, your layout is bork'd.

Anyways, the sprite numbers DON'T select the spot for the GFX. Perhaps you should use the standard ExGFX files MikeyK gives in the .zip file, and then edit them after that.

Usually I havve 2-3 windows open... Explorer, jEdit, and Internet explorer opening a page on my hard drive, or otherwise about 1... the most I ever had was 7, when I was doing some GFX ripping from Kirby Super Star, and was veiwing all the SMW-sized GFX files.

There's also usually 3 system tray icons... gone because I had bene running scandisk.

Well, it didn't close it's own tables... and screwed everything up (as well as crashed IE.)

I had to block it. Maybe you've fixed it now.

The ONLY way to get that to work would be to copy the code out, then disassemble it and modify it to work with SMW's game engine instead of DKC's game engine.

True, but it's pretty unlikely.

Likely however, the sprite tables will be much different. there would be no need for a yoshi-related table, and the different sprite values would liekly mean different things.

Also, SMW central's tip changes on each refresh, not daily.

NOw that I can actually see thsoe screenies...

They look pretty good. those SMAS GFX are used well, IMO, and that blue-water-colour-edit of one of the Backgrounds off MMX2 is quite nice as well. good job.
