I'm trying to find a player for USF files, but the only one I can ever find is 64th note, a winamp plugin. Does anyone have a link to a good standalone USF player?

Not that that's a bad thing but I don't see much bad grammar on his post, just a worthless idea. if a n00b doesn't get a clue from a redirection, then nothing will give them a clue.

You have to admit, the title you have is more than a little disconcerting.

I've looked everywhere for the data on this, but I can't seem to find it at all...

Does anyone know how to change the tilemap of the classic pirhana plant's leaves? I need the change their palette from red to green, and I can't find any data on the offsets for that here or on the internet.

I can answer #8... A floating-point operation is when a processor takes two decial numbers, such as 1.1 or 3.367876... and does math with them, as opposed to integer math where a processor can only take interger numbers, like 2 or 4.

Nope, I meant in Windows.

And, I'll look at that board, I haven't heard of it before.

Thank you. Seems that google's not always the best for finding that sort of info.

Squeaky is the only guy who currently seems like a mafia member. Why? Because he's the only person who's really trying not to be suspicious... Like he's trying to avoid attention.

No, I use LM's editor instead of YY-CHR. I like that one. I actually found which tiles the pirhana plant used, but I needed to know the actual tilemap used for them so that I could change their palette... not doable with a tile editor

1. Pentium 4, actually. Add hyper-threading and dual cores, and that gives you 4 virtual cores (well, I read about a processor like that a few months ago), maybe 512/256MB or RAM ('cuz most of my gaming is older games), lower-end video card (older card, not much RAM at all),DVD burner. I have all the rest already.

2. For the processor and Motherboard, I'd look at the Processor's clock speed and the FSB (Front-Side Bus) speed, and I've never had to work with RAM mch, other thna my old EDO DRAM's latency timing...

3. Perhaps SLI videocards, PCI-E Mobos... That's all I can think of.

I'll change my vote from squeaky to SNN. I'm still a little confused by what Grey said, though... he trusts sueaky, but we shouldn't trust him???

What part of it doesn't work, and where are you storing the GFX for the lava?

Anyways, consider waiting a bit for MikeyK's sprite tool to be released, then make the lava spout a sprite. that would likely work better than PalASM (Which rocks, BTW).

Nearly falling over when he saw the group below him, Snipes regained his balance, then replied to the group he was facing.

"Sorry, you startled me. You're the thrid, fourth, and fifth people I've met so far... I'm Snipes. I was touring the back country a while, and when I came here to find out where I was, I almost got picked off by a random bullet! Anyways, I'm still wondering; Where am I?"

As Snjipes continued to survey the group of 'friendlies' he'd met, his eyes fell upon Quint.

"Hey, no shit... You're a reploid, aren't you?!"

or just enough to cover one part of the lava tile, the rest could be handled by layers, just like what the moving pipe top sprite does already. Just move part of your sprite, and the other part can be handled by layer one, or three if you use few enough colours.

INC long is basically
PHA
LDA $xxxxxx
INC A
STA $xxxxxx
PLA

And without the stack operations if you don't need them.

EDIT: Looking at your first shot... Nice windowing with HDMA. Good effect

Never have been crapped on/known anyone who's been crapped on. I can imagine that it would suck big-time though. Anyways, just go to the local dump, and spread the poison around there
