| No.
I didn't come close to having to do that for COTMK 2's smb3 music. |

| Hmmm... Well, I think it should be about $150 for the Wii because my friend already paid for it... If it's not $150, I wouldn't mind too much anyways.
I have to admit though - placing a price on the nintendo back catalog was dumb. I know few people who would rather pay for a ROM on the Wii (How are they even sotred on your Wii, anyways?) then just download it for free onto their computers. Mario Galaxy Looks cool. |

| Didn't nintendo 'steal the show' last year, too? I heard that (Could someone please confirm this for me?) Sony even shut their booth down early from everyone being at the nintendo and microsoft booths or something. | |||

| ...you can change the notepad font in it's menu anyways... Those look like some useful tweaks... How safe is that set of tweaks, though? | |||

| Dimension #65535 was fun.
It was old 16-bit 3D-ish... I had fun racing cars around. #123321 was strange... Everythign was mirrored, and the people wound up shooting forwards and hitting themselves. |

| Does anyone know of a wav to brr converter for sound effects? I need to have one for a project I'm starting on, but I can't find anything on google... Does anyone know of a converter that's out there, or will I have to write my own? (If so, I would be sure to release it.) | |||

| I have a couple of questions on the HiROM Memory Model.
1) The readout I have lists both Mode 21 SRAM and Mode 20 SRAM. Can I use bothe, or just the mode 21 SRAM? 2) How do the banks $00 to $3F, $40 to $5F, $80 to $BF, and $C0 - $FF correlate to the .smc file output by a compiler such as WLA-65816 and WLALINK? I'm wondering so that I don't mess up my ROM's pointers and where everything goes while writing a PD ROM. 3) What are the "RESERVED" Addresses for, and Can/How Can I use them 4) There's a PPU 2 listed on this sheet at addresses $4200 to $5FFF (along with the DMA regs, etc.), as well as the standard PPU 1 that is at addresses $2000 to $2FFF. Has anyone else heard of it? |

| OfT: After looking at BMF's system, I think that SMW can be worked on to fix any bugs with BMF's HDMA system Perhaps utilizing the RAM address to keep track of HDMA regs to keep working..?
OnT: Nice shots. I might DL this after I get my computer to a semioperational state! |

| Nebetsu, that's what people at my school do too... Hell, even the damn teacher!
But yeah, that's pretty neat. Personally, for me a nerd is someone ho is excellent at computers and bery nice, whiole a geek is also excellent with computers, but sort of antisocial or oppressive. |

| MOstly what these other guys have said, and more colour choices for the flowers in the ledge tiles. Yes, I know that will likely take another palette row, but if you can spare it, that would spice up your deign a helluva lot. | |||

| I can help with adv. ASM, block ASM (both), L<, and anything else not covered there, mostly. I can also help with MAP16 stuff, and the hardware registers for anyone wanting to do cool stuff with the SNES hardware. | |||

| OK, I'll use that forum next time. Oh, and I asked about the two modes things becuase I didn't understand why the Mode 20 SRAM would have been listed in the HiROM memory map as well as the regular LoROM one. And according to the two memory models I have, the mapping aren't the same... sorry.
And I'll look up the PPU2, since I was interested in seeing about whether it existed, and if so, possibly using it somehow. |

| Af... I need to revise my understanding of DMA... I understood that DMA hardwaired to $21xx, which is PPU1. I'll look at PPU2, if it works with 16-bit register widths that'd be great. I'll go looking for that documentation. | |||

| What I meant was that the way I understood your post, the PPU1 had to be written to twice, once for each byte in the Accumulator, whereas I understood you as saying that PPU2 can have one write of both bytes at once.
Offtopic: I like the new description of this forum, including the little sidenote. |

| Amen. I lke the changes as a whole, except for the reordering of the forum headings (and thus the forums) around, it is kinda confusing the first few times when you're still used to the old order. | |||

| That looks neat. I suppose freezing enemies would be sorta easy, if you knew how SMW handles enemies. Then you could create aother set of flags, having to do with a 'freeze timer' or something to control whether an enemy if frozen, and if so, not execute the sprite's ode, but instead a specialk piece of code that act's like two concrete blocks stacked on top of each other instead of an enemy. |
