| I like House. It's pretty fun to watch, and I like how when House is being an absolute Dick, people find ways to come back an embarrass him, even a little. And, for the most part the Medical part of the show seems pretty accurate (This opinion coming from an experienced nurse). House is definitely a good show, but this last episode was a little meh, it was rather out of character for the show :/ | |||

| IIRC, you can remove the volume control via windows add/remove components.
If you're on a win9X, IIRC it's control panel->Add/remove programs->Windows Components tab->IIRC multimedia->Volume Control If it's WinXP, I woudl think it's somewhere similar,but I don't know ![]() |

| The animation is simple, if you take advantage of on/off
just simply have the counter+1 blocks check to see if you now have five coins, and if so, change the on/off state. |

| Yes, I use savestates a lot.
It doesn't help that I really suck at playing SNES games though. Strange though that when I play these games on the real thing I have no problems with difficulty ![]() |

| Well, after thinking about it for a little whle, I thought about some of the comment's i'd recieved about the way Blocktool Omega handles filenames for blocks.
I've decided on somehting similar to this: Support for filepaths such as X:\BTOFolder\Blocks\block.bin will still exist, but If you typed in the filename as \block.bin, then BTO would automatically look in it's \blocks\ folder. Comments/suggestions on this alternate form of block filepath detecting? |

True, I could... but since this is a windows program
I'll make ./ work. It's easy enough, if Left(FPath,2) = "./" then FPath = App.Path + Right(FPath,Len(FPath)-2) ![]() |

| A company in Burnaby, British Columbia has claimed to have produced the world's first marketable Quantum Computer.
Yes, quantum. The computer is set to be unveiled in California on th 13th this month and was developed by D-Wave systems. Geordie Rose has quoted that the computer is potentially "the most significant invention of our generation," and that the comptuer is 16-qubit. The computer is cooled by Liquid helium to -270*c, and the core is reportedly constructed of Niobium. EDIT: Found a supporting news article: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/02/09/quantum_first_demo/ Holy crap, that's something. Thoughts/Comments? (edited by Sukasa on 02-09-07 11:04 AM) |

I got the story that I posted from my local Newspaper, so I can't provide a link. ![]() |

| Hm. For reasons that you won't say?
I'll nominate Kejardon as well. Somebody's got to get the ball rolling, might as well be you |

| Well, as I understand it, they've got a working 16-qubit, so all they need to do is replicate the circuit a lot of times, and they'll go from 16- to 1000-qubits.
So basically, this one is supposedly workable, they just need to make it bigger. |

Originally posted by Raccoon Sam I have to say, that's not entirely true. I've used L3 rain behind L1, and it's been no problem at all. Besides, it causes no lag at all, at least not for me. |

| Jesus.. I'm in my film production class, and one group is trying to do a presentation using a VCR connected via wires to a projector in the middle of the class. Unfortunately, our Teacher has no fucking clue what he's doing. Seriously, our teacher is a FUCKING RETARD
That and when I try and fix it, he tells me to sit down. He can't fix it, but he's not going to let anyone else even try. That and he's a photography teacher, nto a film production teacher. Why can't we just have a real teacher? Also, this computer seems to think that font color="red" sho8uld come up green |

Howver, I though there were supposed to be four mafia members... where'd the fourth one go? For reasons I can say, I'm going to cast an initial vote on The red Snifit. If you can explain the reason you said that, then I'll consider changing my vote. |

| That reasoning seems to make sense... I'm going to vote Fabio, since for now I have no reason not to trust you. |
