... this may qualify as one.

When editing trainers with a hex editor in RSEFRLG, in what order is the data?

i.e. in GSC it's [trainer name][5001][level][PKMN][attacks]

And how is the pokemon data outlined?

And if it's not too much, could somebody explain how I would go about changing all of these, or redirect me to someone who could?

I've searched for this on Google probably fifty times, and also at M3I and the PokeCommunity... and have yet to find any help.

Thank you for your help.

I know, I know about PET. When I download it, it has an error that gives the trainer's pokemon a bunch of the wrong moves, and I use hex for almost everything anyway. Your help is greatly appreciated.

But uh, anyone wanna explain the first response by xeon to me? Just like, what's a dual, and is filler just blank space, is the class a byte or a name, and what do you mean by 16-bit integers? 16 bytes?

When I compile this into my Ruby.gba rom, everything works perfect, except when I assign the offset to somebody, and I go to test it, the screen freezes. Nothing moves. Also, is it supposed to show up in a hex editor? 'cause when I go to the offset, nothing's there... What am I doing wrong?

In ScriptEd, I open up bagon5.rbc, hit -compile- and select Ruby.gba. rkclog says it works, but when I go to play, it does not...

Is there something wrong with my script?

Thank you very much; I'll test that now.

What do the raw binary bytes do, anyway?

-edits- Still not working... any other suggestions?

None of these work; I know it's probably difficult to help me from here, but does anybody have any suggestions? Just something I can try; I really wanna put my script in.

Thank you.
