I think the main problem you have is that you seem to believe my system work in co-op with LM GFX/ExGFX system, wich is untrue, you need to manually insert the graphic with YY-CHR(or TLP) at the adress(in SNES format) that you've entered at 0xE0241
for how to set the animation, it simply work the same way as super mario bros. 3, the whole 1st GFX file(0x1000 bytes) is swapped, so to animate stuff, you only need to make one of the stuff different in one frame

... and there is eight frame

Am I the only one here that disagrees with all that newbie bashing thing? By doing so, you're destroying the next generation of 'good hackers'. Also most of you guy did newbie stuff at some point. Would you liked to have been banned at this time? Probably not. Here are some examples in case you guy don't renember:
Sukasa asking a question answered in the FAQ, with that anti-newbie policy, he would've been flamed or even banned for this, peter_ac asking a generic GFX ripping question, and
Cirvante asking random questions about how to do stuff

There is also probably a lot more if you dig.

Edit: How did I forget, BMF's first thread was called 'WOOHOO! I'm learning ASM!'. Sadly, all post in it got deleted but that proves even BMF did newbie stuff.

Edit 2: I wanted to add this sightly edited acmlmoron comic.

Why do you feel obligated to tell every single newbie who asks a question to read the FAQ in a rude manner? If you don't feel like being nice about it, leave the thread for someone else to help the person. Eventually, someone has to be nice and answer the question without being rude.
Instead of being 'tired of answering the same question over and over again', don't answer it. It's as simple as that.
The board looks like a whole lot nice community with idiots than flamers.
