GRAAAH!!!!! I just found this out when I went to their site. I HAD MY WII PREORDERED FROM THERE! Just my luck. I don't buy often from them, but I was always very satisfied with them when I did. Plus, most of the stuff I buy from there I have no idea if I can find anywhere else. THIS SUCKS! I never liked Sony much to begin with but after this I think I now have a personal vendetta with them. SONY NEEDS TO DIE! URGH! I AM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!! Now I have to find another place to preorder my Wii. Ah well, I probably would have ended up paying too much for shipping ordering through them anyway but I don't care. Heck, buying any console at launch is pretty much a ripoff anyway, but I'd like to have SOMETHING for Christmas this year lol. At my house, especially if we want something expensive, we pretty much get one gift, and unless we want it to suck, we pick it out ourselves. So its either buy it at launch so I have it by then, or have a sucky Christmas and wait until God knows when for something it seems I've already been waiting forever for. Ah well, anyone know another place they sell Super Smart Joys? I was about to get another one better for N64 emulation. Plus I just got a friend of mine into emulation and she was about to buy one. And I should add, I know how bad n00bs are around here, and I'm not one of those people who doesn't know how to check Google. In fact I'm pretty good at finding out information on my own, and that's one reason I rarely post here. I'm about to check Google now actually and will probably find a site easily. I just haven't had time to check it yet as I wanted to vent my rage at this first!

Anyway, R.I.P. Lik Sang. You will be sorely missed. May you rise once again like a phoenix from the ashes, and MAY SONY BURN IN HELL!!!

No kidding! You're selling a product geared toward hard core gamers, many of whom have at least heard of Lik Sang, if not buy from there, and like it. Coming out with, IMO a very unoriginal next gen console, pricing it at $600, and now taking down a much loved game site, and screwing tons of people out of their next gen preorders, plenty of which were for the PS3 itself, just seems like they're intentionally trying to piss off the gaming community. This is yet another thing that will make plenty of people who have nothing against Sony, but are undecided in which game console they want to get, decide to steer clear of the PS3. And its the biggest reason since the price tag was revealed. Not to mention its enough to make plenty more people who were going to get a PS3 change their minds about getting one.

How on earth can they think this is a smart move they're making? They must put a lot of faith (have a lot of arrogance) that the Sony fan boys will be enough to make the PS3 a great success, which sadly still doesn't seem that far fetched . But personally, I really don't know who else would want to buy the console except ignorant and stupid rich kids who like to show off their expensive new souless toys and think Sony is wonderful. Or if you REALLY can't live without playing certain PS3 games. No offense to anyone if you still want to buy one though of course. Everyone has their reasons. Its just assuming there are good reasons to buy a PS3, I haven't heard any yet.

Good luck with that. I'm doing the same thing, but I don't expect it will be available on there for more than a few minutes. They've already sold a lot of units due to 2 system glitches that let people preorder before they wanted them to. Plus according to them, for every Wii they have in stock, over 100 people have signed up to be notified when it is available. I'm camping out on every web site I can tonight, but I have a feeling I still won't get one until one of the later shipments. I don't really mind if I have to wait, but it would be nice to get one before Christmas. That way my parents will pay for it instead of me.

I caught some of this on over a year ago. And yes, its scary! This show is a total acid trip. Urgh, aren't there any shows left that encourage kids to think any more? Or that at least don't expect them to be the dumbest people on the planet. Seems thats what most shows are guaranteeing they become.

After looking around for a while, it looks like I'm probably screwed here but figured I'd ask here anyway as a last resort. I encrypted some files on my hard drive with the windows EFS a while ago and didn't really think much about it. But now I have a problem. I recently completely formatted my hard drive (not just a new windows installation) so now windows no longer recognizes me as the author of the files and wont let me access them. I know its my own fault, I should have turned off the encryption before I formatted, but I knew pretty much nothing about EFS and it never occurred to me that formatting my drive would lock me out of my files. But at least nothing too important was lost and I know now not to do it again in the future. Ive looked around for a solution but everywhere either says "I've screwed myself" or "give us $90+ and MAYBE we can help (not happening )" Anyone here know some way I can still access my encrypted files? I do have one or two that would be a major pain to start over again from scratch, but even they aren't the end of the world if I have to. At least I didn't encrypt my entire Cdrive like I was going to at one point!

I have 2 Hard drives. One doesn't have an operating system on it, I just use it as extra storage. I moved all of my files to that Ddrive before completely formatting my Cdrive which is the drive with windows on it. And yes I completely reformatted the Cdrive. Nothing was on it and I installed windows again when it was totally blank. I can access all of my other files on the Ddrive fine, but it won't allow me access to the encrypted ones saying im not authorized to do so.

Google reveals that there's something called "EFS recovery agent" for doing what you want, but I don't find any insturctions on how to use it... and I suspect it's something that isn't in Windows XP home edition so I can't really check.

It seems the EFS Recovery Agent is just another name for whoever is allowed to access the file. Everything on those sites instructs you how to restore the original EFS recovery agent's private key to the the files so it will recognize you as the original creator, but in order to do that you must have already created a backup of the original private key as the original EFS recovery agent. I could have done this before I formatted, but I can't now because since I formatted, I'm no longer recognized as the original recovery agent.

Edit: "The encryption process is based on keys. Therefore, the question that you’ll have to ask yourself before you begin the decryption process is “do the keys still exist”? For example, suppose that a key employee encrypted all of their data and then walked off of the job. In such a situation, there’s a good chance that the user’s keys still exist on the hard disk of their PC. If that’s the case, you can simply reset the user’s password, log on as the user from the user’s PC and then decrypt the files. However, this technique won’t work if the keys are missing. For example, if the user knew the location of the keys and erased them, then logging on as that user wouldn’t do any good. Likewise, suppose that a legitimate user’s hard disk went bad. If this hard disk contained the user’s keys then there’s no easy way of decrypting the users files, even if the files were stored on a different hard disk or on a network partition."

Yeah looks like the only way I can access these files is by having the original private keys which I destroyed all trace of when I formatted my drive. Well, sucks to be me I guess

well I'll answer anyway fyi. I do keep some sensitized data on it, mostly stuff for quick reference. I encrypted the folder with all of those type of files in one place as well as whatever else was in the folder since my computer isn't exactly organized. I didn't really know anything about EFS but figured it couldn't hurt as a precaution for that folder.

I also tried changing my NT user password, and tried a few other methods I found on google before asking here but none of them worked. Ive pretty much accepted the loss of that folder at this point.

When it comes to dream interpretation, I usually go here when I feel like looking up a few dream symbols.

I know the site is really girly, and there are probably better ones out there. When looking around I just stuck with the first half way decent site I found, but it has a fairly good amount of symbols on it, and its good enough for me. Of course, I don't really take dream interpretation (at least of this type) very seriously. Dream dictionaries of any sort are mostly just too generic to really apply to you. Ultimately you have to find your own meaning for the dream, but sites like this can offer a start or a fresh perspective if you feel like analyzing it.

Often I have found looking up your dreams can help give you a better perspective of what you are currently going through, and help you look at where you've been. Or if anything, the site can be good for laugh when you know they are WAY off.

I used to despise Tubular with a passion, but now I can beat it in 3 lives tops without using any tricks or power ups and thats if I'm having extremely bad luck. Tubular was the level that took me the longest to get the hang of though. I remember being stuck on that level for days when I first played it, but then again I was like 6. I always did think outrageous was harder though. It didn't take me as long to beat but there is just so much crap in that level I almost always get hit at least once. Valley Fortress is actually my favorite level. The spikes at the end always used to kill me, but once you get the pattern down its extremely easy. Actually, over the years I sort of made it my mission to become insanely good at all the levels known for being a major pain in the ass. I even like to fly over that huge lava pit in Roys Castle just for fun, though admittedly I never bothered to fool with it until about a year ago. Now I die on the easy levels! I also didn't know about the cheese bridge exit for literally years, and it took me a while to find the special world as well. When a friend of mine told me about soda lake I was convinced he was lying lol. Then it took me forever to actually get that secret exit. I can't believe that this is the only game that actually took me YEARS to completely beat when it is so easy and now I can finish it in under an hour. But then again, this was the first game that I absolutely loved to play as a kid so i guess it cool I got to relish it.
