We did attempt to throw out the old SMB Revisited-based version and rewrite it from scratch instead, but not even one level got done on that front.  (Actually, if I remember right, that was around the time I lost my net access for about a year thanks to assorted computer troubles... ) |

| I vaguely recall finding one of Kirby's Adventure ages ago. It seems like it was some sort of simple "evil Kirby" hack, but I don't remember it that well.
Okay, a quick look at a certain rom site (can't say which) says that it is indeed Evil Kirby, but I honestly can't see any difference in the provided screenshot aside from a small tweak to his eyes. (edited by Nosuch on 04-18-06 01:50 PM) |

| I think I've seen a level hack of Kirby's Dreamland 1... I can't remember the name of it anyways...
Edit: also I've done some hacks, one of donkey kong (complete, but maybe I could change DK into Dedede or something) Link's awakening (about 10%, only some link sprites modified)and Pokemon red (cancelled becouse there's no way to edit the pokemon pics... yet...) | Hey, noob question here....
I'm interested in looking through some n64 memory (mario kart 64 specifically)... i got a hex editor but I dont know where to go from here, can someone help me out? I'm more interested in RAM then ROM... basically i'm wondering what sort of emulator i need and how to actually see these hex values and do something sorta like hacking gameshark codes. I dont really want to hack codes, I just want to see if i can find the memory locations for like.. x,y,z position , velocity vector, clock timer, etc during a race. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| if you're looking for RAM adress you could check GS code site, but for finding them, you could try a emulator cheat search function to locate RAM adress

Anyway i'm looking for an improvement of the Knuckles in Sonic 1 hack by Stealth, the patch for it where it fixes Knuckles palette, by OrdosAlpha, I know there isn't a patch, but make a patch out of KTH in Sonic 1 Rev 1, and the palette fix, thanks. I believe that both the Tails and fixed Knuckles hacks are hosted at Hacking-CulT.org, which is currently switching servers. I'd either wait for the page to come back, or contact drx for the IPS patches. |

| Ok, now i'm looking for a Sonic hack called "Eggman in Sonic 1" where you play as Eggman instead of Sonic, I think it was made by a hacker named "LOst".
BTW I found Tails and fixed Knuckles, Tails is at Simon Wai's Sonic 2 Beta page, and fixed knuckles is at Sonic Cult. |
