So I got this question...

How was the into done?

Is it a Low Res video or was it drawn frame for frame?

or is this just another "dumb n00b" question that will bring on flaming and irrelavent conversation?

It was done in CGI and then scaled down to fit the Megadrive/Genesis. hence the low res.

It also uses "interlaced" dithering, where the dither pattern pretty much inverts each frame, which aids in color blending and allows for the appearance of more colors. Watch it closely the next time you run it, and you'll see some ever-so-slight flickering that is a result of what I mentioned.

Red Zone also used FMV sequences, albeit in a different way. Are there any other games that did this?
