I'll tell you what. This is one of the mosy entertaining hacks that I have played for quite some time. Great job!

Heh... A few things:
- Many graphics mismatch (different styles slammed together, koopas have black outlines when with their shell, but not anymore when out of it, etc) - I really don't like the green landscapes - Some sprites are weird, like the skeleton koopa - There are heavy slow downs from time to time... - Typos here and there Apart from that, it's nice. Goombas can be squished, power ups are handled like in SMB3... So far, it looks closer to SMB3 than SMW. (edited by Stifu on 04-16-06 08:54 AM) (edited by Stifu on 04-16-06 08:59 AM) |

I love you
EDIT: If you carry a Buzzy Beetle up to the pipe from the underground part of Level 3, you'll get this: (edited by Raccoon Sam on 04-16-06 09:24 AM) |

Originally posted by ghettoyouth I wouldn't call this a bug, since it's just a different sprite-set, nothing more. But you can easily avoid this by using a door instead of a pipe. |

The only thing I see wrong is that in the second level of the hack, it's called Vanilla Secret 1 instead of Flower Isle 2.
So far, I'm enjoying it right now. |

I need some help on finding the key in the ghost of the 2nd world. I've been looking for it for quite awhile but can't seem to find it.

fun demo. Only complaint I have that wasnt already brought up is spelling and grammar errors throughout. One that imediately came to my attention is the "dessert" level in the third world. (edited by evildevil on 04-16-06 08:11 PM) |

Is your connection maybe messed up? You also couldn't get the SMB3 pipes to work; I wonder if the files aren't getting corrupted.

Bug finding fun.
This waterfall is doing a pretty crappy job of affecting my movement. The first unspoken rule of graphics is not to mix different styles of graphics. Simply put, the gray blocks don't fit with the cave tiles. The paths get screwy after destroying the castle. You really should make the poison mushroom vanish after Mario touches it. It's only the hundredth hole in the scenery bug I've seen in my SMW hack playing experiences. Give those porcupos a ledge turning tile! More blatant holes in the scenery. I could've sworn this was in the first demo too. Messed up SMB3 Mario tiles? I love it! (the first one is when he is in mid-animation, and there is no tile for that frame) Beautiful. Not beautyful. Flame jets of...uhh...how did you even allow this to happen? |

Very good hack. Of course those spelling mistakes are horrible. FIX em'. Also, it might be a good idea to change the bosses for the Mid-Castles. Use ASM or whatever, since it's exactly like the original and that's something that should be avoided at all costs on a hack.

Fun hack. I'm only to the beginning of the river world, but it's been great so far. A few too many differing styles of Goombas for my liking, though.

Nice, icegoom.
Continuing on... Desert, not Destert. There is so much wrong with the grammar and spelling here, that I'm not even going to say anything. Activated, not activeated. I assume Wowser is intentional. The dry bones looks like it is floating. I had to disable Layer 1 when taking this screenshot, but it's a lot more obvious in-game (even with Layer 1 on). Now I'm afraid to use a sledgehammer. |
