HyperHacker: That screenshot has many problems:
1. It's a JPEG. MY EYES ARE BLEEDING THANK YOU VERY MUCH
2. JPEG isn't made for screenshots, see above point
3. MS Paint doesn't save PNG correctly... use something like GIMP or IrfanView that gets it right (btw, people, Photoshop does not get it right either).

Also... if you insist on having a .bmp screenshot posted, please gzip it, makes it almost as small as a PNG would be. Or just get one of those image editors and save it as PNG (ImageMagick has a command-line tool 'convert' if you love the command line)

You arent allowed to be a power hungry blob, no matter how good at hacking you are.

Someone needs to make a specific, lightweight (Like LIPS), program that converts BMPs to PNGs

ImageMagic is simple: convert screenshot.bmp screenshot.png

Photoshop is your best friend =D (btw, Photoshop offers perfect quality with jpg's, so use it instead of paint for making a jpg ^_~ )

Photoshop also costs more than a lot of people are willing to spend.

Photoshop is also only for professional graphic designers or people with tablets. Older versions of Paintshop Pro are much better for the average mouse-only person.
