Well, I liked it when I was sick of everyone else in the world having AMANDA as a name and I didn't like A's and oh god, I was rebellious.

But then I didn't like it terribly much and then it stuck...and then that jerk used it. He was stalking me sooo badly that I had to get a new LJ and email address and shit that he didn't know...(he emailed me at my asukaduh one..) and I even considered getting a legal name change.. (that wasn't the only reason, but it was a reason, not the biggest one though...). Sooo yeah, no more Manda. XD

Even if that is what you want, and you know that...it still seems like not exactly the best idea to constantly ask that. Particularly if calling for the purposes of phone sex is the only reason you call someone, as one person who shall not be named did for a while at one point.
