9. *A towel*
Kario 10. *Bookkeeper* It has oo-kk-ee. 12. *This sentence is false* I was going for "I will be shot," but yours works. ~Now for some harder riddles~ 11. In a contest, four fruits (an apple, a banana, an orange, and a pear) have been placed in four closed boxes (one fruit per box). People may guess which fruit is in which box. 123 people participate in the contest. When the boxes are opened, it turns out that 43 people have guessed none of the fruits correctly, 39 people have guessed only one fruit correctly, and 31 people have guessed only two fruits correctly. How many people guessed only three fruits correctly, and how many people guessed all the fruits correctly? EDIT: Sorry, I'm an idiot for forgetting... (4 Points) 13. A long, long time ago, two Egyptian camel drivers were fighting for the hand of the daughter of the sheik of Agrabah. The sheik, who liked neither of these men to become the future husband of his daughter, came up with a clever plan: a race would determine who of the two men would be allowed to marry his daughter. And so the sheik organized a camel race. Both camel drivers had to travel from Cairo to Agrabah, and the one whose camel would arrive last in Agrabah, would be allowed to marry the sheik's daughter. Obviously this would be a very long trip. One of the camel drivers came with an excellent idea to help hury this trip along, what was it. (4 Points) 14. A kid in college is running low on money. He writes a letter to his parents requesting more money, but to prove he is learning something, he gave his parents this riddle to show just how much money he wants. SEND+MORE=MONEY Each letter has a number value, what must each letter equal to make the equation true. (4 Points) 15. At a local bar, three friends, Mr. Green, Mr. Red and Mr. Blue, were having a drink. One man was wearing a red suit; one a green suit; and the other a blue suit. "Have you noticed," said the man the blue suit, "that although our suits have colors corresponding to our names, not one of us is wearing a suit that matches our own names?" Mr. Red looked at the other two and said, "You're absolutely correct." What color suit is each man wearing? (4 Points) For the harder riddles, I will give a hint for every n/2 misses. Where n is the point value. Kario=18 Points NSNick=6 Points Koneko=2 Points Smallhacker=2 Points ... Did I mention there will be an awesome prize... Originally posted by spel werdz riteThere are 24 possible arrangments, and only 10 people out of 123 got it right. Quite amazing, actually, considering the fact that the odds would say that only 5 or 6 would get it. As for what order the fruits are in, there's no way to say with 100% certainty what the correct answer would be. I'm pretty sure that knowing what the question was would've made this a lot easier. And even though it's mainly just nitpicking, a typo in #12 makes it so you could say anything you want, as HE would be the one to get shot or hung. |

Sadly, I think what was meant was
_SEND _MORE ______ MONEY Like an addition problem where each letter represents a unique number from 0 to 9, and the words are 4 and 5 digit numbers. This is a lot harder, anyway. Incidentally, it's not college-level logic. M = 1 S = 9 O = 0 N = 6 E = 5 R = 8 D = 7 Y = 2 Resulting in 9567 + 1085 = 10652 Which works. |

Well, if everything but the Y is equal to 9, then the Y is equal to 8, that works too. So I guess there are many possible answers.

11. The other 10 guessed all 4 correctly. You cant guess only 3/4 correctly, because you cant. You guess 3 of them, there is only 1 left to guess.

With that, I will give one (or two) more sets of riddles. After that I will give my prize (most likely to Kario, hope he likes ROM hacking... ). 16. Each person has full sight of the entire room and everyone in it without turning his head or body, or moving in any way (other than the eyes). Where can you place an apple so that all but one person can see it? (4 points) 19. A butcher is 5'4" and has a 42 inch waist, what does he weigh? (4 points) 20. After teaching his class all about roman numerals (X = 10, IX=9 and so on) the teacher asked his class to draw a single continuous line and turn IX into 6. 20 is kinda whacked out. If you had a thick pen, you could just draw a 6 over the IX as long as you didnt lift the pen.
