I can detect the hostility coming from this comment. Why over-react to him stating that? Hell, the main focus of his post was on post layouts, not user stupidity.

So... I get annoyed by people's layouts. Yeah, we need blocklayout back. But I fail to see what this thread could achieve.

But completely aside from that, a little while ago I had a layout with a marquee in it....

You bet. There was not only no need for four userbars, but marquee is just another way of saying "I'm too lazy to make a real one!".
