I'm making a level that goes past the Sub-Screen Boundaries for the first level (left of Yoshi's house). Every time I play it doesn't show the high part of the level, how can I change the Sub-Screen Boundaries? Thanks.

Actually, you don't change those boundaries. Instead, go to the level header diaog (the mario head icon), and change the vertical scrolling register to "Vertical scroll at will"

I tried that before, doesn't seem to work.

Really? Those boundaries don't actually control scrolling, they're used for mainly sprite placements and that, AFAIK.
Can mario jump up to those areas, just the camera doesn't scroll up there with him? |

Yeah...it's like it's the very top of the level, but it's not

That's right screwed.
Try copying the entire layer 1 level by selecting it all, then going cntl + C. Then press cntl + delete, click yes, and then paste the layer 1 level back into the level, put the sprites back in, and try again. Also try using a different level- I can't make heads or tails of why SMW would do that... |
